We booked a higher-category family room. Super spacious: separate bedroom with a huge bed + another room with a sofa for our son. But the BEST part? Access to the 30th-floor lounge! 🥂 Drinks and city views = total win.
Dinner at the 3rd-floor restaurant was delicious, and the foot massage on the 4th floor (just 200 RMB) was pure bliss 🙏 Highly recommend!
Breakfast has everything – Chinese, Western, fresh fruit, even sparkling wine 🥂 Location is perfect – right on Shanghai's main street.
Verdict: We'll be back again. If you want style, comfort, and great service – stay here! ✅
Hotel staff are efficient and friendly. The beds/sheets were nice and the rooms very extremely clean. Within 2 minutes of walking you can step into the "old" Shanghai.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even prepared a surprise birthday cake for my mother-in-law, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
We had breakfast for 4 days—although the selection was quite similar each day, the food was still enjoyable for us.
