Stayed there for 3 nights. Very good service. Place The room is clean and good amenities. Breakfast spread is good especially the noodles and porridge. Had the opportunity to eat at the Japanese restaurant on the 37th floor. Amazing view! Will go back when possible.

rundown place .. looks like 10% occupied.. high prices .. book last day if you have to .. you pay half than a week before..

Great experience really a 5 star hotel. Comfortable room and excellent service. Food at the resterraunts is great.

Satisfied, satisfied, satisfied.

Good location right in middle of the street. So you just can walk any direction you want and it will be nice. But room is kinda dirty. But its affordable price for this location.

If you mind about cleanliness you should book other hotels. The room is smell bad and a lot of dust. I have to clean it myself (use 2 packs of wet wipes) The location is ok and front desk staffs are nice.

The room layout is compact, but the location is good, not far from the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby, including several well-regarded ones. The receptionist proactively upgraded the room, but it was a bit noisy due to the street. It's worth recommending!

It's very convenient to be near the subway station and there's a convenience store next door. The staff are polite. However, there was some construction going on across the street, so there was a little noise. The staff were very attentive and asked if we needed earplugs.

Initially, they gave a room at level 5 & when I entered, despite being a room with city view, it was blocked by the aircon compressors, there was no view at all. Called and asked for a higher floor to which I was given level 9, which has the view facing the city. The service was alright because when I called to changed, they seem to be persuading me to keep the level 5 room which is slightly bigger...

I do enjoy my stay with this hotel. Great and tasty breakfast. Sizeable room at convenient location where metro is just 3 mins away. Generous H2O in-room to stay hydrated. Raffles Shopping Mall has plenty of eateries and bakeries and good to walk around. Staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you!
