Location is superb. Convenient for my Muslim colleagues where Muslim food is round the corner.

Very good facilities and room. There is a 24-hour gym in the hotel. The room is comfortable for well equiped. It is about 10 mins away from subway statoins. And there are tons of shopping malls and a lot of restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. I will certerinaly book this hotel again.

The room and service were great. The location was great for me but I was in a specific area of Shanghai. It's a little bit further from jing'an for central stuff. Many shops in the immediate surroundings. Will stay again when needing to be in that area

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service from the receptionist was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, but they kindly allowed me to check in early without any hassle. The entire check-in process took less than a minute, which was incredibly efficient and appreciated after a long trip.

We went to the hotel to have a *relaxing* time for 4 days-3nights; that was our purpose when booking the China Grain Hotel, next to a big park with view on a lake, and far from the city centre: to enjoy a relaxing time. We were happy to arrive and discover our room. All in all clean (except for the scale; VERY dirty...). However the lobby was left VERY DIRTY (as it can be seen on the picture) the whole...

I recently stayed at the China Grain Hotel and was very delighted. The pricing is excellent, offering great value for money. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure us a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a luxurious experience at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Great view to the park and also really close to the subway. But the hotel is a little bit old but still has good equipped rooms.

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable, soft bedding. An older hotel that's generally comfortable, and the location is excellent. The room was reasonably quiet and clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the bedding was fine, as were the air conditioning and water temperature. The room's odor could be improved.

The room quality felt pretty standard, like an older star-rated hotel. It was a twin room, and each bed was a bit too small, but I could manage to sleep on one by myself. Overall, it was an average experience.

My stay this time was a really bad experience. First, the bathroom drain in my room (on the 20th floor) had a terrible odor. We asked housekeeping to spray some air freshener, but it didn't help at all. Second, the water pressure for the shower was very low. Third, the bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly noisy. Fourth, the toilet paper provided by the hotel was of terrible quality—it was so thin that...

Huge shoutout to Xiao Wang at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with her genuine smile and felt her incredibly attentive service. She was very flexible in handling things, truly making me feel at home. With an employee like her, it's hard for the hotel not to thrive. Full marks!

The process of check in and check out the hotel went smoothly, the heating and hot water also functioned well. After the good, now comes the bad, this hotel is old, in the picture I attached you can see the cracked walls, the bathroom door can't close properly so the water wets the floor in front of the sink

Love the 24 hour laundry. Room is not new but comfortable. Close to Wujiaochang station

The room was relatively clean overall, but the wall paint was a little peeling, and it looked a bit old. An extra breakfast was given upon check-in. The location is really close by to a department centre complex and there was somebody at the front desk at all hours. Very good price to performance. Major let down was the cleaning. There were clean towels every day. But there looked like there was mould in the bathrooms and there was always a bad smell coming from the sink.

The room service is very good! The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good!

The windowless room felt perfect for resting; please don't disturb. The front desk staff, both male and female, were very attentive. They tried their best to meet all guest requests and even gave a surprise upon departure! 🤣

I have stayed this hotel for 8 days. Staff are really friendly. They provide vary breakfast and self laundry. I especially need to mention one staff whose last name is Tan, she is so nice and working so hard . Hotel location is also so convenient to go to everywhere . I strongly recommend this hotel, I will come back next time.

I booked this place for my family. It's very convenient as it's close to the hospital, and they said they were quite comfortable there! They always stay at Haiyou when they go to the hospital for check-ups.

The service attitude is good, they think about what the tourists think and are anxious about what the tourists are anxious about. They make guests feel at home. The surrounding environment is good. There is also Yangpu Library, where you can study and take a walk in the evening, which enriches your spiritual life.

It's just average, not as good as I imagined, but it's quite close to Wujiaochang, so the transportation is more convenient. Okay, the location is not bad, but the environment is a bit worse, but it is also in the city center.

The location is good, but the service is disappointing. I asked for water and never received it. There are no windows in the room, which can be a problem if that matters to you. Also, food deliveries aren’t allowed to reach your room — you have to go down and pick them up yourself every time due to hotel policy. Would not recommend if you value comfort and convenience.
