It was a great experience. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable and safety. Location is good.

The room was spacious and the environment was good. Breakfast was just okay; by the time we came down, there wasn't much left to eat except for fruit, which they did replenish. The restaurant staff during breakfast hours weren't very friendly either; they seemed annoyed when asked questions.

Stayed here for an exam at Chuansha Middle School, and it was super convenient, just a few minutes' drive away. This hotel offers great value for money. You can tell it's an older property, but it's really well-maintained. The soundproofing is excellent, so it was very quiet, and the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning.

To be honest, the actual environment and facilities didn't live up to the grand impression from Trip.com; I felt a bit let down upon arrival. The hotel's surroundings were a bit dirty and messy, and the hotel facilities felt a bit outdated. There was also a musty smell in the lobby and rooms. You could tell the original building materials were high-end, but unfortunately, the maintenance has been subpar...

This was my second visit, and the free shuttle to Disneyland was a great perk. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. My family was very happy. We will definitely be back!.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Pudong Airport and not far from Metro Line 2. Overall, it's great.

This is my second hotel in Shanghai on my business trip. The room offered a striking, direct view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Its central location near the Bund and Nanjing Road made it highly convenient for both meetings and exploring the city. Overall, a distinctive and well-executed stay that complements a business trip with a more contemporary edge.

Excellent service, especially a big thank you to my personal room attendant who provided outstanding service. The hotel environment is fantastic, and it will definitely be my top choice for business trips to Shanghai in the future. Also, the chocolates are absolutely incredible, especially the white chocolate ones!

The service was excellent, much better than WA. Kevin Gao, our butler, was incredibly nice and provided very thoughtful and detailed service. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the Bulgari even sent us a special anniversary cake. The window view was great. It would have been even better if it had been a sunny day!

Came here for my birthday, and overall I was very satisfied. The service was excellent. It would be even better if they offered a bubble bath service.

Overall, the facilities are pretty good, but the hotel's location is a bit average, and the breakfast is just so-so.

The all-day breakfast was faultless, with both Chinese and Western options being delicious. A special thanks to the hotel's cleaning staff who immediately found my passport, which I had forgotten in the safe. The overall environment is great.
