Very aesthetic hotel.. Family travelling with 2 kids. Room is large and beautiful. Pool & spa was fantastic. Would have preferred a higher level room but kids were happy. Next to HKR Taikoo, within walking dustance to LV Ship building. Get on your threada, great location to walk around and immerse yourself. See you again soon.

Extremely satisfied! The room was quiet for sleeping, with excellent blackout curtains. The layout and amenities were very comfortable. This is my top choice for hotels in Shanghai. The TV allowed for screen casting, and the bathroom was exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Great service and overall experience at the Sukhothai Shanghai. Was visiting the city to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the staff at Sukhothai even did a little birthday surprise decor in the room. We were delighted! Will be back for sure.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Louis Vuitton building. The hotel environment and design are quite good, and the service was also spot on. They even upgraded me to a suite. Everything was very satisfactory, and by the way, the breakfast variety and taste were also great.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay, and Taikoo Hui is great for shopping nearby. The overall service was excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely, soothing scent. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again, though I do hope they can unify the scent in the public areas of the guest rooms for an even better experience.
