The service was excellent, much better than WA. Kevin Gao, our butler, was incredibly nice and provided very thoughtful and detailed service. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the Bulgari even sent us a special anniversary cake. The window view was great. It would have been even better if it had been a sunny day!

Overall, the facilities are pretty good, but the hotel's location is a bit average, and the breakfast is just so-so.

The all-day breakfast was faultless, with both Chinese and Western options being delicious. A special thanks to the hotel's cleaning staff who immediately found my passport, which I had forgotten in the safe. The front desk promptly called me to inform me and then arranged for it to be couriered back to me. The service process was impeccable and commendable!

Had an absolutely impeccable stay at the Bvlgari Shanghai. From the moment I stepped in, I felt an extraordinary level of warmth and care. A special shout-out to Joanna from the concierge team – her service was incredibly thoughtful. Whether communicating via WeChat or assisting with on-site requests, she was always prompt with replies, professional, and genuinely attentive. The spa experience at the hotel was also delightful; the therapist's technique was excellent, and the environment was tranquil and soothing. Both the facilities and the service perfectly embodied the standard expected of a luxury hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The overall environment is great. The room is clean and tidy, and you can see the 'Three-piece Set' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui: Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Shanghai Tower) directly from the room. The service is also excellent; every staff member proactively greeted us. The breakfast was delicious too.

Berluti shoe care service: They can even clean white leather sneakers, and they did a really good job – very clean.
Mini-fridge soft drinks (excluding alcohol): Four complimentary beers, plus all the other soft drinks and juices are free. A great variety too.
Cleanliness: Among all the hotels of this caliber I've stayed in, this one was the cleanest. It's fantastic that they've maintained such a high level of cleanliness over so many years.
Service: Breakfast can be ordered to your room with no time limit, which is perfect for those who like to sleep in.

Came with my children, and the duty manager kindly sent us breakfast for the kids. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the evening; the view was great and the food tasted really good. Having breakfast delivered to the room was amazing! Cecilia was incredibly helpful, attentive to every detail, and great with the kids.
