The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk receptionist, Xiaoyan, was warm, thoughtful, and proactive. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

The price-performance ratio is very high, comparable to some star-rated hotels. The room is very clean. Xiaoyan, the receptionist at the front desk, is warm and friendly, with a kind attitude. The service is very good and in place. The red date tea provided in the hotel lobby is very heartwarming. I will choose this place next time.

Yan Zi and Xiao Xiao at the front desk were very enthusiastic and would answer all kinds of questions when checking in. The service was great, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also very good, with many varieties and rich dishes. I was lucky to stay in a hotel with caring service. They will be my first choice when I come to Shanghai in the future.

Location: Convenient transportation, 50 meters after the north square exit of Xinzhuang subway station.
The former Jinjiang Inn has better service after changing its name, but there are many cigarette butts in the flowerbed at the entrance. It is close to the roadside and I hope the hotel can pay attention.

The hotel staff greeted us with a smile and were very sincere. The hotel room was clean and hygienic, and two bottles of mineral water were given. It is close to Shanghai South Railway Station, making it convenient to go back and forth.

Clean room and big enough for working, Distance to subway is just 150 meter. There are no laundry service but the hotel provide 2 set of the Wash+Dry machine which free of charge (include the detergent). Breakfast is not so varity but its ok.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and a small commercial area. My passport was being held by the US consulate for a visa, so I had to use color scans of my passport to check in. The check-in staff was very suspicious that I didn't have my passport with me, despite my partner explaining the situation to them in Chinese. I did not have this issue at other hotels, as staff is usually understanding that foreigners cannot have their passports on them 24/7 and because I carry color copies of all relevant passport pages they need to submit to the authorities as a scan anyway, but not here... They even called us to the room to keep asking more questions! This was a bit uncomfortable for me as I felt this was being done on purpose, not because of an actual need to ask all these questions. Beyond that, the room was cute, with the whole hotel being themed to the Mediterranean, this made me feel rather nostalgic! The room was clean and the amenities were plenty at the front desk. I would stay again, but I hope the staff is more understanding of different situations foreigners find themselves in in China...
