The hotel location Is good as it’s walking distance to the hangzhou north high speed train station. Room is too small for accommodating two single beds. No place to lay out the second suitcase . No fridge in the room too . In the summer, fridge is a must to have in the hotel room.

Breakfast looks ok , but the fruits are not fresh , very little vegetables dishes except salad.
The hotel staff is very rude , insisting to scan my room card while I am having breakfast. She has no situation awareness as my both hands are occupied , she still replied me that she starts her work at 7am. My question to her is what to do with me with her working at 7 am ? It seems it’s right for her to disturb guest to scan room card when guests are having meal.
Very disappointing with such bad attitude staff.

The location is super convenient, and it's really quiet at night, so I slept well. The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities around the hotel, making shopping very easy. Breakfast was pretty good too, and the self-service laundry was a nice bonus.

The room was satisfactory, quiet, and very clean, with full amenities. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and deserve praise. Breakfast was also plentiful, with hot milk and hot soy milk. The chicken noodle soup prepared by the auntie was also fantastic. This hotel is just a few hundred meters from the South Station (South Plaza), right across the road. I'll definitely stay here again; I plan to visit Disney many more times.

This was the worst value for money room I've ever stayed in. Perhaps it's because it's close to Shanghai South Railway Station, but for 486 yuan, the room was only about 10 square meters, and it was either a corner room or had no window. The breakfast was also very simple with limited options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Extremely close to East Station, just a few minutes' walk. The room and service attitude were both good. If you're at South Station, this is a great value-for-money option with a rich breakfast.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. The only minor issue was the toilet flush being a bit loud, but it didn't affect my stay.
