Reviews
Room service was nice as well, they are not fluent in English but willing to help as much as they could.
We ordered delivery food at midnight and it was served to our room door by robot.😎✨👍
Very worth to stay!
Second, staff is not friendly at all. They do not speak english, which is acceptable, but they do not make any effort to communicate. They ignore me and waiting that I start speak chinese or that I organize the way how we can communicate.
AC at our room didn't work properly, then I went to ask to change the room but AC in another room was the same. Window is very small on left corner of the room and look at the wall in front of window so there is not daily lights and ventialtion is very poor.
Also on app is written that they have laundry service, but that is not true. I asked few time different staff but all of them said that they do not have and they were a little rude.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially foreigners. We were at Ibis hotel nearby here and stayed there for 10 days and we had great experience. So Ibis hotel is the same budget hotel but much better service.
