My stay at the Mercure Shanghai Caohejing was beyond a five-star experience! The French-style room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. All the in-room amenities were well-equipped and a pleasure to use. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient in their communication. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were very fresh. The hotel's location right next to the subway is super convenient for getting around, and they even offer free parking. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a perfect ten out of ten!

Mercure Caohejing is fantastic! It's super close to the subway, making travel a breeze. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bedding is really comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options and is incredibly abundant – the coffee and wontons are absolutely delicious! The front desk service is warm and attentive. It's truly perfect for business travelers!

My stay was excellent! The service was incredibly welcoming; the front desk staff were happy to help with check-in and even gave me a small gift. The room itself was clean, tidy, and decorated in a simple yet stylish way. The bed was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The towels smelled, and the service was perfunctory. I specifically asked for a quiet room, but they gave me one right next to some kind of construction site. It was incredibly noisy from early morning, a constant banging and clanging. Even earplugs didn't help.

I want to share my honest feedback. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, kind, and thoughtful during check-in. One of them even handed me two bottles of warm mineral water, which was exactly what I needed. The room was also very clean with great natural light. Although the soundproofing wasn't the best and the sofa in my room wasn't very comfortable, these minor issues didn't significantly impact my experience because the other details were so well executed that they more than made up for it. The gym was also very convenient, and the robot delivery service for items was prompt and free. They even gave me a small souvenir when I left. My overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended! Wishing them great success in their business.
