My overall stay was quite pleasant. The location is very convenient for getting around, and the front desk processed my check-in quickly. The room was clean and tidy, all the facilities were easy to use, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, so it was very quiet at night. The staff were polite and courteous, and they responded promptly to simple requests. For the area, the value for money is excellent. It was a reassuring and comfortable stay, and I was satisfied with everything overall. I would definitely recommend it.

For the past two years, every time I've come to Kunming, I've stayed at this hotel. I love the decor and style here. The restaurant's food is consistently good; you can order anything with your eyes closed and won't be disappointed. I especially want to highlight: the flower cake is incredibly delicious, a must-try, seriously, you HAVE to try it! The top-floor garden rooms are like stepping into nature, with the bedroom separated by glass walls within a garden setting. The only downside is that the bedroom is a bit small – comfortable for one person, but a little cramped for two.

The hotel's overall environment is fantastic. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, and everything is spotless and fresh, which is really pleasant to see and just puts you in a better mood. The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise; there was a huge variety of dishes, and they all tasted great. It definitely wasn't one of those 'just getting by' breakfasts – I was very satisfied.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They patiently answered all my questions, making me feel completely at ease and well taken care of. The room was impeccably clean with no strange odors, and the bedding and overall comfort were excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Most importantly, for such a great environment, service, and facilities, the price was very reasonable. It offers incredible value for money! It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Booked this hotel at the last minute. Even though it's over a decade old, the decor looks brand new! The room was spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable – perfect for recharging after several days of travel. Oh, and the Chinese restaurant, Qianchen, on the second floor is definitely worth trying!

The room on the 13th floor with the small courtyard was especially peaceful and comfortable, and they even gave us some snacks and fruit ❤️. Highly recommend for families with kids! ❤️

The breakfast was great, but the overall service didn't match. For a five-star hotel, there was only one person at the front desk checking guests in, and no staff at the entrance to help with luggage or direct traffic. I'm not sure how this place got its five-star rating. The room had a balcony, but no windows. It's very close to the zoo, but I didn't see any 'goodnight milk' service.

The hotel is quite large and conveniently located close to the zoo. It even has its own parking lot, which really gives it a five-star feel. The room had a modern Chinese design, very comfortable for sleeping. Hot water was instant, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We received full butler-style service throughout our stay, including complimentary fruit and milk. Breakfast was incredibly varied, and the dining area was upscale and comfortable, much like a cafe. The price was reasonable and definitely worth it; I'd even say it was excellent value for money.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful; the butler contacted us in advance and helped arrange a room we absolutely loved. It was a pleasant surprise! The young butler also informed us about the hotel's newly upgraded pressure-relieving sheets, and they were indeed very comfortable – I slept soundly all night. I also really liked the hotel's hairdryer; it was so good! The fruit delivered in the evening was very fresh. The hotel is conveniently located next to China Agricultural University, and both the hotel and the university environment are excellent. This hotel is highly recommended!
