The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment facilities on-site. It also offers great value for money. From the hotel, you can see the Southeast Asian style street downstairs, which provides a fantastic view.

The hotel room offers a fantastic view, excellent natural light, and great ventilation. It feels spacious, not at all cramped, and the layout is very well-designed. Xiao Luo was proactive, enthusiastic, and polite with his service; he even reminded me about parking details during check-in.

I stayed for a few days and it was incredibly convenient, especially during the holidays. The value for money was excellent; not only was it convenient, but the room was also very spacious and the cleaning service was top-notch.

The rooms were nothing like the photos. We specifically requested rooms with good natural light when checking in, but both rooms we were given had load-bearing walls that blocked the light. The way they handled our complaint was completely perfunctory. We've already filed a complaint with the local consumer protection hotline (12315). As a long-standing hotel in Kunming, they explicitly promised an upgrade before check-in. However, they gave us these terrible rooms afterward. This is essentially fraud, and they refused to issue a refund.

If you're not looking for trouble, you could simply tell us not to book this hotel. But you shouldn't trick guests into checking in and then defraud them with rooms like these. I really don't understand how this group has managed its hotels for so many years. Just a heads-up to future travelers: definitely avoid this hotel.

Located just 400m from Kunming Old Street where you find streets of food, gifts shops, shopping. Surrounding the hotel are also a few large shopping malls. If you are in for street food and shopping street, this hotel is right at the heart of the hustle. Celebrated New Year's eve there and the fact that people celebrate along the street pretty much tell you it is a popular street. I gave cleanliness 4 ratings not because it is not clean but the hotel feels pretty old.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's decor exudes luxury, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, definitely great value for money.

The location is super convenient, right by the old town. Highly recommended!

Gin was very proactive and reminded us to register our license plate. The hotel parking lot has plenty of spaces, making parking convenient and free for guests, which is great value for money.

Hotel was pretty good. The location is fantastic and the rooms were clean and the service was above average. We had an issue with temperature control- the air conditioning doesn’t work in the winter, and this was not indicated on the temperature control panel. The staff graciously provided a portable device when the issue was brought up. All in all pretty good hotel.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of parking, and it's easy to explore the old streets nearby. The concierge service was also very thoughtful and satisfactory.
