The lobby is very grand with a pleasant, subtle floral scent. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very quick, and Manager Xiao Yao provided excellent service. The concierge was also very helpful and gave great recommendations for local attractions!

The hotel lobby smelled of lilies. The decor was a bit dated, but they upgraded me to a suite. The bathroom mirror that doubles as a TV was a pleasant surprise. My child watched Jurassic Park 3 while taking a bath.

This hotel is truly upscale and elegant. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cozy, with excellent facilities and soundproofing, meeting all my travel needs. I stayed here ten years ago, and it's still just as clean, hygienic, and detail-oriented. As an established five-star hotel, the service is prompt and responsive. Behind the hotel is a shopping mall, offering a one-stop shop for dining and shopping, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the restaurant environment is great; my child absolutely loved it. The mattress and bedding are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback is that both pillows were high, which made it a bit uncomfortable for my child to lean on. I hope this can be improved in the future to make it even more perfect. Wyndham brand, I'll always support it here.

The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. I hope the hotel can upgrade its pillows to something more consistent in height and noise-free. The service was truly excellent; the children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were a great touch. I forgot my charger, and one of the hotel staff members even lent me her own. The hotel's location is highly recommended – it's super convenient and very quiet. Of course, there are two areas for improvement: the small round table had leftover food from previous guests, and the bathtub drain was very difficult to open, requiring staff assistance every time I wanted to use the tub.

This Wyndham in Kunming has a great location, and the surrounding area is nice for a stroll. The room layout is well-designed, and the thoughtful touches like the evening fruit and Tremella soup were lovely. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Extremely satisfied! On the day of check-in, the hotel had multiple conferences, and the king-size rooms were fully booked. The front desk promptly upgraded us to a suite, which was fantastic! The hotel facilities are excellent, hygiene is good, and the service is great. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with many local Yunnan specialty dishes, highly recommended!

This was the best hotel on my trip to Guiyang, Kunming, and Xishuangbanna! Wyndham's reputation speaks for itself. The service was excellent and responsive; a big thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. Getting around was easy, taxis were readily available, and there's a subway station right outside. Next door is the Nanya First City mall, which has plenty of great food options. I especially recommend 'Yiduo Junjunzi Hotpot' – it was the best meal of my entire three-city trip, don't miss it! I bought a voucher beforehand, so two nights with breakfast included during the Spring Festival for 999 was an absolute steal. The only minor drawback is that the hotel rooms have curtain walls, so you can't open the windows, which made it a bit stuffy. Other than that, everything else was truly fantastic.

This is absolutely the best value-for-money five-star hotel in Kunming. It has that five-star luxury feel and heritage. The housekeeping staff are diligent and responsible, and the front desk service is top-notch. As soon as you step out of the car, there are staff at the entrance to open the door and help with your luggage. The hotel is luxurious and upscale, and the rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's convenient to get anywhere, and you rarely encounter traffic jams. It's also right behind Nanya Fengqing No. 1 City, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. Our whole family absolutely loves this hotel, and we'll definitely be staying here every time we visit Kunming from now on.

This is an established five-star hotel. The room facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The service is attentive, and breakfast is absolutely amazing. We had to wait a bit during check-in, but the hotel kindly offered us afternoon tea, which was a thoughtful touch!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial district and a pedestrian street. Most attractions nearby are just a 10-20 minute drive away. The city night view from the window is also lovely.
