I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and their service is very good. We stayed at Qinglianchi for about half a month. The lady at the front desk should have an impression of us. On July 14, we came back from surgery and had leg pain. We went to the VIP building front desk to borrow a wheelchair, but they said they didn't have one. They could send us there by car and told us to just call. The only inconvenience was washing clothes. If there was a self-service laundry, it would be even better. I need to praise the lady from the housekeeping department at room 90001. She was very enthusiastic in helping us to dry clothes. Every time we asked for water, she was very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk who renewed my room fee also had a very good service attitude and was willing to negotiate. The water quality of the hotel swimming pool is also relatively good. We will check in again in 2 days. The garden-style hotel environment is nothing to say and is worth recommending.

There are no thermal springs, the thermal pool does not work. We took it only because of this. They changed the breakfast time and did not warn us. We were left without breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk lady gave me a free upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it incredibly convenient for both popular attractions and business trips. Upon entering the lobby, the elegant and spacious decor is striking; it feels bright and spacious, yet warm and inviting. The guest rooms are exquisitely appointed and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooms are fully equipped with every possible amenity, from high-speed Wi-Fi to modern bathroom fixtures; every detail demonstrates the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended for travelers seeking high-quality accommodations.

I called at 9:20 in the morning to ask if there was any breakfast available. They kept insisting that breakfast would end at 9:30 and told me not to go. I've never seen a hotel where breakfast ends at 9:30. The free hot spring coupons were useless. They weren't in the same building, and the accommodation and the hot springs were quite a distance away.

The location is remote and the service is extremely poor. I booked a king-size room but was given twin beds. I contacted the front desk twice and they said there were no rooms available. The salesperson gave me a twin bed and asked me to contact the salesperson myself. Only after repeated requests did I get a king-size room. There was no apology from beginning to end. The breakfast was also very casual. The price of 980 a night is really outrageous. I don't recommend staying here when attending a conference.

For the Qinglianchi reservation, there was no notification at check-in! Know! I was "upgraded" to the VIP building. Well, please take a look. This is the upgraded room! When I opened the door, I saw a mess. The room had not been cleaned! The facilities were renovated at least 20 years ago. There are traces of mold everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet cannot be flushed cleanly. The TV is so high that it makes you doubt your eyesight! The entire hotel has no sense of service at all. No wonder all the people staying there are conference groups or tour groups. It is impossible for anyone to choose to book such a bad hotel! And the price is close to 2000 at this time! I’m curious about what kind of background creates this arrogant hotel, it’s scary (￣口￣)!!

Conference hotel. Qinglianchi is a relatively new building. If you are staying in Yun'an Huidu, it is recommended to book this building.

The place is very big, you can feed the fish, and I also saw a little wild cat, which is very cute☺️. There is a stall where you can eat skewers and special snacks. The hotel is also very big.

Very cost-effective hotel, the rooms are very clean, and the reception desk is friendly and helpful. The service is also very good. I commend Comrade Gao Yuan at the front desk. I will choose this hotel again next time. The hotel is very considerate and courteous. I will choose this hotel again next time. Awesome!
