One of the best place to have a stay if u r going to enjoy China or Kunming.
The staffs are lively and full of love.
U can enjoy their buffet along with the pastries and continental foods.
One of the most warm hearted and welcoming hotel. It includes its own hospital, food court, gym, swimming area, tennis court and even boxing area.
The market too is close by and is with all the stuff one can need.
I enjoyed my stay here...

I stayed here before, and it was great value for money and a cool location next to Expo Garden. Unfortunately, this time, we were rather disappointed:
hotel is rundown, their dinner buffet stopped operating last year, food at the remaining restaurant is expensive for China standards and not authentic. The Expo Garden is basically closed. They still have it open, but a lot of facilities there are either not maintained or closed. Quite a disappointing remnant of what it was before covid. Cleaning was barely acceptable. Nothing was outright dirty but quite dusty. The family room is good for parents with a child.

The environment is very good. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Xiao Yao and Xiao Liu. They helped us put our luggage in the room when we checked in. The breakfast is very good. I will stay at their house next time I come to Kunming. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful environment! Attentive service! The Expo cross-bridge rice noodles are delicious and leave a lingering fragrance! Especially the care and concern of Xiao Yao and Xiao Liu on duty for the children are particularly touching! I can only say thank you! Hope to see you next time!

It is five minutes away from the Expo Park. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car at the hotel and then go to the Expo Park. In the morning, you can also take a walk in the Expo Park as if it were your own garden. The hotel facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all good, and the breakfast is also very good.

It was a terrible trip. I forgot to take the watch charger (original) and the mobile phone charger (non-original) when I left. I realized I didn't take them after I drove to Fuxian Lake. I called the hotel and they said they had put them away. I drove back to get them. When I opened them to charge them at night, I found that the charging head of Strawberry Bear (original) was not there. I called the hotel and they said that their guest room was closed and asked me to go back the next morning. I called the room service this morning and told them the situation: the two charging plugs were connected to two wires and plugged into the wall (the Strawberry Bear watch was plugged in the water boiling position, and the mobile phone was plugged in the right bedside). The customer service said that he asked the room service and said that he didn't know why one was missing because he had taken all the things. Yes, there were two written on the ticket, why was there only one head when I took it? And the original head was missing? I wanted to ask him again, maybe the head was not taken off the wall, he said that anyway, everything was taken, and it was all there, so he didn't know why it was missing. First of all, when you go out for a trip, you will feel bad if you lose things. Why did half of the two connected things disappear? At least you should ask and find them, right? What kind of service attitude is this? ? It really affects your mood! ! !

First bad review, the hotel is overall very bad, not worthy of 4 stars, Ctrip gave this hotel 4 stars, maybe the hotel level in Kunming is like this,

1. The sound insulation is poor, at 23:00, the sound of the shower next door can be clearly heard, it is actually 4 stars
2 The equipment is old, the faucet is directly off, the house is dimly lit, and there is a strange smell
3. There are no windows, all are built indoors, resulting in poor air circulation and a smell
4. The attitude of the waiter, front desk and security guard is comparable to that of the service window, especially the security guard is like a puppet soldier, speaking in a vulgar way

good hotel. the stuff dont speak english but we use app translation and they did their best to help in any reqiest, just a few steps from the expo gardens.

The hotel lobby is very large and is very close to the Expo. In fact, our room had steps at the bottom which made it inconvenient to carry luggage and the room was not ventilated. The hotel's rice noodles are quite delicious.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to my family in Kunming, and within walking distance to the World Expo International Garden. It coincides with the New Year Light Show, which is beautiful. The suite we booked was large enough and had two bathrooms, which was very practical. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety. Overall quite satisfied!
