This is a fantastically located airport hotel, only a stones throw away from the airport. They offer a convenient airport shuttle serviceas well would definitely stay again.

Great location, right across from Cuihu Lake and next to Huangguandong Street. It's super convenient for walks around the lake and finding places to eat. The room type I stayed in didn't have a separate shower, just a shower in the bathtub, which felt a bit dated. But the service was enthusiastic, and overall it was still pretty good.

The location is superb, right by Cuihu South Road. All the main landmarks, attractions, and dining options around Cuihu Lake are within a 5-minute walk. The breakfast was just so-so, with too few options. The bread and pastries were terrible, like something bought from a regular supermarket and just put out. The coffee wasn't good either. Even fewer hot dishes were available. It really didn't match...

Very nice hotel with a great vibe. We loved the older, french decorated style. Location is superb, next to the lake, walking distance old street. Staff very helpfull.

For my trip to Yunnan, choosing Cuihu Hotel in Kunming was definitely the best decision. Its location near Cuihu Park is fantastic; a morning stroll in the park to admire the tulips was absolutely delightful. Plus, it's a pleasant walk to all the popular spots, internet-famous attractions, and delicious Yunnan eateries. I have to mention that Cuihu Hotel's decor is grand and high-quality, with rooms...

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! They gave my mom and me a welcome rose each, which was a lovely touch and brightened our day. Seeing that I had two children, they thoughtfully provided two sets of kids' toiletries. All the other front desk staff were super nice too! The room was tidy and clean. The facilities are a bit old, but everything works well. The lobby staff were very polite, patient, and friendly in answering questions. The front desk service was also very meticulous and attentive. A big thank you to the front desk staff on duty who helped me get my invoice promptly!

The room was very comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting around by taxi. It was close to all the streets I wanted to explore, and there was a mall right across the street for easy shopping. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless. The room was clean, though a bit stuffy. The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the location was quite convenient. Overall, it was decent. The staff were very welcoming. However, the price increased during the holidays, so it wasn't great value for money.

This is a very new hotel, a 10-minute drive from Kunming Railway Station. Facilities: Very new, the gym has cardio equipment, and there's a laundry room. Cleanliness: Superb, no issues at all. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet. Service: Great. They even helped me do my laundry when the washing machine was occupied.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are warm and attentive, and the rooms are clean and tidy with smart appliances. The robot delivery service for takeout is very convenient. I especially loved the orange-scented toiletries.

The sanitation is OK, in the university town... The facilities are relatively old, there is not much left for breakfast in the morning, and the food is not replenished in time...

I extended my stay as the hotel suited my purposes. Staff accommodated my request to extend my stay, and I was even able to keep the same room even though the hotel was very heavily booked. Note that rooms do not have safes or fridges.

After sleeping, my whole body became sore with red spots and rashes. There was a strong smell in the room and there was dust in the corners.

It was a good stay. The service attitude was very good. Any problems were dealt with quickly. The decoration was also very unique. The sky in Yunnan is really beautiful [snickering].

I like to come to Kunming on business trips the most. The temperature, weather and scenery are all great, especially when I see such a beautiful sunset, which falls over the school. The sunset and the evening breeze are both gentle, and the cherry blossoms are in bloom. I just happened to catch them, so I am lucky. The hotel is also very nice, clean and the girl at the front desk provides good service
