Hygiene: Very bad, full of hair. There are still curly hairs on the bath towel
Service: The front desk was very patient and accompanied me to check the room hygiene until I was too tired to check the hygiene.
Checking in was a bit long-winded, and after finishing my late night snack and getting ready for bed, I checked the bed. There were a lot of dirty things. I thought it was too late to just take a nap, but I thought I should have called the front desk, only to find that the phone was also dirty. Damn it, has this room been left unoccupied and unsanitary? No wonder the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay extra for an upgrade. Fortunately, the guy who changed the sheets and the girl at the front desk were very nice, and there were not many breakfast items.
