The lake view is splendid, and staff was lovely to allow me to check in early
Next day we requested change of room which was slightly cleaner but the cigarette smoke was never resolved. Apparently there was no control and local guests were just smoking in their room and even lobby (staff did not say anything).
Room cleaning was only to take our trash and housekeeping staff did not even clean the floor or bathroom until you asked her to do so.
Please be careful when you book a room because they may assign you a room on 16/17 floor which requires climbing stairs (many guests complained about this).
