The environment is fantastic! I had a great time exploring on my own. It's super close to a shopping district and right by a subway station. West Lake is nearby, and so is In77, which means there are a lot of influencers around. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel environment is excellent, very clean, and the service is attentive. The facilities are complete, making for a truly peaceful stay. The check-in experience was fantastic. Right next to the subway station, the environment is elegant, and the room is neat and clean with great attention to detail. The service was gentle and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay. A little bright spot on my trip, five-star rating!

If you're visiting Hangzhou, the location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to West Lake. The hotel is right outside the subway station. It's just one stop to in77, where you can buy snacks from Zhiweiguan and find lots of restaurants. The hotel is quite new, has smart washing machines, and the service is great. Very satisfied!

The hygiene was superb, the room was clean and bright, and the price was great – definitely exceeded my expectations! The service was also excellent. They even have robots deliver food to your room if you order takeout at night, and there's free laundry and drying service, which is incredibly convenient!
