They initially gave me a room at the end of the 14th floor, but it had a strange smell. The front desk changed me to a newly renovated room on the 9th floor. The breakfast spread, especially the Chinese options, was quite good. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price.

A high-end hotel with excellent service from both the front desk and room staff. The room amenities are complete, and there's a dedicated luggage storage room. The self-service breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and the juices seem to be freshly squeezed. The large fountain at the entrance has a great vibe. It's also close to West Lake. Very satisfied.

An absolutely perfect stay, exceeding all expectations!

This stay was truly fantastic. From check-in to check-out, every single detail showcased the hotel's dedication and professionalism.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk! When checking in, Ms. 2622 at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, with a truly infectious smile. Not only did she efficiently handle our check-in, but she also patiently explained all of the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and even local dining recommendations. She even thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us. The whole process was so pleasant, instantly washing away our travel fatigue and leaving us with an excellent first impression! Ms. 2612 at check-out was also wonderful, even kindly asking if we needed a taxi!

Room cleanliness was impeccable – spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The facilities were also new and very convenient to use. The location is excellent too, making it easy to get to West Lake. All in all, this stay far exceeded our expectations.

The outstanding service from the front desk truly enhanced our entire trip. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to friends! Five-star rating, well deserved!

The Zhijiang Hotel is excellent! The environment is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is also plentiful.

This is an older, established hotel in Hangzhou. The rooms are clean and tidy, though the facilities and decor are a bit dated. Thankfully, it was built to last; the 10-20 year old furnishings are still perfectly functional, and the hardware and bedding are in good condition. The breakfast is extensive. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Metro Lines 2 and 19.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and are truly happy with our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. 200m walking distance to 凤凰古城．The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
