Overall a great stay in this hotel. The rooms are big, modern, and very clean—exactly what you want for a comfortable stay. The design is stylish and fresh.
The service was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. The internet connection was also solid.
A couple of suggestions: it would be to add a few international channels on the TV for international guests, and a better coffee option in the room, as only instant coffee was provided.

This trip took me, my wife, and son to mainland China. A few days ago, we visited Jiuzhaigou and the Golden Summit. It was snowing and extremely cold there, and my son caught a cold, developing a fever, headache, and sore throat. Although he's taken medication, he hasn't recovered, and his throat is so inflamed he can't swallow. Tonight, around 10 PM, we checked into the Crowne Plaza Hangzhou with our tour group. After putting our luggage away, we rushed to the front desk to ask if there was a pharmacy nearby. The receptionist said it was already very late and there were no shops open. She then suggested delivery, but I replied that I didn't have a local delivery app and couldn't order. At that moment, the hotel manager asked the receptionist if we needed any assistance. I told them I'd like to trouble them to buy me some medicine. The manager kindly asked what kind of medicine I needed, and I replied that I needed watermelon frost. He immediately googled the medicine I needed for me. Later, when I tried to transfer the money to him via Alipay, he said it was just a small amount and I didn't need it. He said he would have a robot deliver the medicine to my room when it arrived. Half an hour later, a young lady from the lobby personally delivered the medicine to my room. I was very touched and grateful. In this unfamiliar place, someone was so considerate of us. If I have the opportunity to go to Hangzhou again, I will choose this hotel because it made me feel that there is warmth everywhere in the world.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza Hangzhou AUX Center with our family! The lobby manager, Ella, and the front desk staff, Tricia, were incredibly welcoming and upgraded us to a suite – we felt really pampered! The view was amazing, the room was spacious and bright, and every need we had was easily met. Excellent service!

At Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Oaks Center, Cassie and Dio showed great professionalism, smiled brightly, answered questions patiently, and made me feel at home with their professionalism and enthusiasm. This Crowne Plaza is very cost-effective, and Caifeng Building is also very good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very fresh building, with great amenities, English speaking staff. I enjoyed greatly the room, as it was very spacious and clean. The hotel provides also a very extensive breakfast buffet, with both Chinese and international cuisine. Everything was very tidy and worked as it should.
Special thanks to Tricia Guan for the smooth experience in checking in, along with Cherry Zhang for the check out. It was a pleasure to meet Chef Sky, it is appreciated that he took the time to explain the dinner buffet in detail. Thanks also to the staff in the cafe, Annie.
It was a stay to remember and I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Science City!

All aspects are good. I would like to pick out a few things that I am particularly satisfied with:
1. Geographical location: It takes more than 10 minutes to take a taxi from the West Station. We took the high-speed rail to Hangzhou West on May 3. Considering that the holiday has not ended yet and there will be many people in West Lake, we planned to visit Xixi Wetland first. The hotel actually provides a free service to the north gate of Xixi, which must be praised.
2. Recreational facilities: The hotel does not have a children's activity center, but there are several children's favorite board games on the 5th floor. Guobao likes it very much and stays on the 5th floor for more than an hour every day when he returns to the hotel.
3. Surroundings: I thought there was nothing fun around this hotel, but I accidentally discovered that Dream Town, which is more than 1 km away from the hotel, is a very good place to walk with children. There is a musical fountain performance in the evening, which attracts a lot of people walking with children. The hotel itself is in Wanda Plaza. After dinner, you can go shopping and have supper.
4. Dining: There are several high-scoring restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich, with freshly made wontons, rice noodles, various porridges, fried rice, pancakes, tofu pudding and crispy fried dough sticks, rice and fried vegetables, Western pastries, and fruits. The breakfast time is also very long.

This is my second time to Hangzhou with my baby. Because we have to go to Hangzhou West Station to take a train, we booked this hotel. It is our last day in Hangzhou this time.
It was our first time staying at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Oaks Center. The service of Tricia and Cherry at the front desk was great. We were very satisfied with the room they arranged. They upgraded us and introduced the hotel services and nearby food. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to Xixi Wetland. The room is comfortable and large in size, especially under the hanger where you can put your luggage at the entrance. You can open the box completely, which is very important for us to travel with our baby. It is easy to pack the child's things. The desk in the room is very large, and the child's stickers and toys can be put down. There are also many kinds of breakfast. I highly recommend it!
The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza, shopping is very convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. We went to Xinyuyuan. We originally wanted to go to the nearby Dream Town, but finally went to Gongchen Bridge instead. The weather was very cool that day. It was a satisfactory stay. Hangzhou is always a city that surprises people!

This time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Oaks Center. The service of Cherry at the front desk and Cici at the concierge made me feel very warm. Cherry was very skilled when checking in, and took the initiative to ask about the itinerary needs and recommended a very practical travel route. After getting off the bus, the security guard and concierge at the door were even more meticulous and helped with the luggage. In the evening, I had a buffet with my friends and family. The dishes tasted very good. Haagen-Dazs ice cream and desserts met the expectations of the children. The hotel service staff was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, making the stay comfortable and safe. The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza, and the commercial facilities are very convenient. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will definitely choose here

I live nearby and stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago. I wanted a little staycation again, and I’m glad to say that it’s still a great place to stay at. The hotel is clean and tidy, bed comfortable. The service staff and front desk are absolutely helpful and accommodating.They always have a smile and are willing to help.
I ordered room service, the food was good and the order took only 30 minutes. Breakfast was delicious , but the variety of pastries were limited this time. However I enjoyed everything and ate every bit of breakfast, the breakfast hosts were lovely and made a yummy hot latte.
Something to note, is that the pool is managed by a 3rd party so they do have swimming lessons in the evening. I still enjoyed myself at the pool and look to join the swim classes soon.
For foreigners looking for western food, you can find
Commune/ meToo cafe ( hauxia) / wagas etc. around the area, it’s a nice place to walk around.
