The hotel is at an excellent location , just next to the Xixi National Wetland Reserve. The room is spacious and has lovely view. The services are also very good. As a whole, the hotel is highly recommended.

Our room was on the first floor of the villa area, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of Xixi Wetland, surrounded by lush greenery. Xixi Hotel also had many activities. Kids could join the 'Little Chef' and frisbee activities, while adults could participate in Baduanjin. We could also rent bicycles to cycle around the hotel grounds. Our package included a sculling boat ride, which made for a perfect holiday and relaxation. In terms of service, a butler contacted us on WeChat before check-in. Jia Li and Si Yu provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. When we called for a car to our room, it arrived very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely come back for our next vacation.

I used to stay at Xixi Hotel frequently for business trips. The environment is excellent, with rooms scattered throughout Xixi Wetland, offering peace and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, and some even have large balconies directly facing the wetland. This time, I made a special trip to revisit and was delighted to find myself staying in the same building again. I'm completely satisfied.

This was our second stay at the Xixi Hotel, and this time we upgraded to a villa. It was perfect for our family, with two rooms spread across two floors. The entire building is nestled within Xixi, offering incredible tranquility. Watching the fish in the water, the birds in the trees, and the little ducks foraging for food truly made us feel at one with Xixi.

We had dinner at the Western restaurant's buffet for both nights, and just like a few years ago, we were very satisfied. Our visit was during early autumn, so the hairy crabs and swimming crabs were plump and fresh. Extremely pleased with everything.

A big thank you to Wang Lei and Zhang Qian for their warm and thoughtful service; they were always ready to help!

The front desk staff, Ms. Du Yao, provided excellent service and arranged a very satisfying room. Manager Siyu was also warm and attentive, and the bellboy Xiaoxiong provided quick shuttle service. Everything was very satisfactory! Overall, the service was quite good.

A very beautiful and peaceful place. The rooms are spacious. The view from the balcony (as seen in the photos) of the lake is absolutely stunning. I didn't experience any inconveniences, everything was fine. The breakfast is very diverse, with Chinese food and eggs with sausages.

Xixi Hotel is truly the best choice when visiting Hangzhou! Special thanks to Xiao Zhou and Xiao Zhang for their wonderful service; they even upgraded my room for free. From my window, I had a beautiful view, and a stroll through the courtyard was so relaxing and pleasant. I stayed for three days and didn't want to leave. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely stay at Xixi Hotel again! 😊

The front desk staff, Du Yao, provided excellent and seamless service. The concierge manager, 'Little Bear', was incredibly prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs. Also, 'Xiao Tang' made the check-out process quick and efficient. This hotel offers a fantastic one-stop service experience, especially with its proximity to Xixi Wetland. Highly recommend! Our stay at Xixi Hotel was full of pleasant surprises. Every staff member we encountered was professional and enthusiastic. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic! The room had a direct view of the lake, and waking up to the sound of birds chirping when opening the balcony door in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. On Friday evening, I went swimming without my phone and got separated from my family. A kind lady at the swimming pool lent me her phone to make a call. On Saturday morning, I felt unwell and asked for help at the front desk, and the lady there was incredibly helpful. Everything we experienced here was wonderful and heartwarming; I absolutely loved it. We purchased a two-night package that included fishing and cycling. It also came with one lunch and one dinner; the 'A' set meal was particularly delicious. The concierge staff were also excellent; they proactively helped with our luggage and even drove us to Xixi Paradise. This trip was truly satisfying!

This is an excellent hotel located right next to Xixi Wetland Park. Xixi Hotel is very spacious and exceptionally quiet, with beautiful surroundings and lush greenery everywhere. We arrived early and were warmly greeted by Jingxuan and Xiao Chen, who promptly arranged our room for check-in. Most of the hotel staff proactively greeted guests. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff were quick to clear plates. The chefs in the restaurant were particularly skilled, completely changing our preconceived notions about most restaurants in Hangzhou. Being in a wetland area, there were quite a few mosquitoes, but the housekeeping auntie specially provided an extra electric mosquito repellent and an electric mosquito swatter.
