Stayed for a day with the kids and got an upgrade to a riverside villa. The environment was fantastic, and the room was huge. We could feed the fish from the balcony, as it's part of Xixi Wetland. The kids want to come back again, it's a great place to unwind and relax.

🏘️ Room type/layout: The lake view room on the first floor is such a surprise! The room is spacious, with a large bathtub and a private terrace. I love to dine on the balcony while watching the sunset🌅, as if I have contracted the romance of Xixi~

🧹 Soundproofing/sanitation: The soundproofing effect is very good, there will be no interference at all, the room is spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable!

🏕️ Surrounding attractions: The hotel is located in Xixi Wetland, and the beautiful scenery of the scenic area is visible when you open the window! You can also take a boat tour🚣♀️, and you can see the scenery of the waterfront. It is a perfect combination of travel and vacation~

💗 Other Tips:
1️⃣ The matcha latte🍵 and ice cream🍦 in the lobby must be tried!
2️⃣ The Pianerchuan in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is the most rich and delicious I have ever had in Hangzhou🍜 (but remember to add a 15% service charge~)
3️⃣ The photographer Jinghong Travel Photography has first-class skills and captured the moments of our natural expression. The photos are delightful and highly recommended!

The hotel is grand, the environment is beautiful, the service attitude and management details are well reflected, and the style of a large hotel is everywhere. The breakfast is diverse, the bedding is flat and soft, the guest room facilities are complete, and the sanitation is in place. The guest rooms in the villa area are large, and the bathroom area and the lobby are covered with blackout paper, which lacks a sense of security.

Open the balcony door in the hotel, you can see the green mountains and waters, and breathe the fresh air, which is very pleasant. Thanks to the front desk staff Yuyu and Zhang Qian for helping us upgrade the room type and providing thoughtful service.
The concierge department is very good overall, Mr. Hongjie made thoughtful arrangements, and there are Xiao Xu, Xiao Zhu, Xiao Tang, etc.

The hotel is decent, but the location is not very convenient—it's a bit far from the park, and there's no shuttle service available. The facilities are somewhat outdated and could use some renovation. However, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you don’t mind the extra travel, it’s still a reasonable option.
