It's a very retro hotel, located on a hillside. The environment is great, and the air is very fresh. It's in the northern part of the city, and there aren't many amenities nearby. It's about 10 kilometers from downtown, so transportation isn't very convenient.

We spent two nights at Roxanich and loved the hotel. We had room 1A which has a balcony overlooking the vineyard. The room is huge with a comfortable bed and outstanding views. The clear glass door on the bathroom is the only negative. Breakfast was good but nothing outstanding. We chose not to eat at the restaurant because of the mixed reviews and walked to Motovun instead.

This the nicest place to stay in Motovun. This is a very modern hotel. Our room was very comfortable, and had some really wild wallpaper. They have a terrific breakfast and great service. They offer underground parking, but you have to take an odd elevator ride to get in and out of the garage.

I stayed on Sat~Sun, and there was a public parking lot diagonally across, so parking was free. (Zagreb public parking lot: Saturday 15:00 ~ Sunday free) The accommodation was much bigger than I thought. The facilities were also good. The accommodation is good, clean, and the service is very good. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The breakfast is also good, delicious, and looks good to eat. It's right on the beach, so you can go swimming. It's very convenient, but it takes a bit of time to get to Old Town, but it's walkable.

The hotel staff were all friendly, the included breakfast was excellent, and the hotel facilities were clean. I chose an ocean view room with a jacuzzi, and we were able to enjoy the fireworks that marked the start of the summer festival. If I were to return, I would definitely book here.

There was construction happening in front of the hotel where they were jack hammering out rock for hours at a time. The hot tub and spa facilities were less than inspiring.
