Generous spaces, large apartments, super comfortable. The location is also very good. The equipment is a bit old and the wifi is bad.

Wonderful location to chill out. Close to Umag and great restaurants. The pool is very relaxing and the concrete beach area is nicer than I expected. The only areas of improvement are the pool bar and staff which is not very welcoming and offers a very confusing selection of things. And that the restaurant was closed when we visited.

Nice place, spacy rooms with air condition, parking places for cars. Good access to the see, free beach umbrella. Nice pool. Missing dishwasher, restaurants and bars are very expensive - use restaurants outside the residence.

We had a two bedroomed apartment for a week booked through Jet2. Our apartment was facing the back and had a view of the mountain through the trees, no sea view, just a 'glimpse' of the sea. Lovely hotel set in beautiful mountain scenery. We arrived 1/2 hr after the dining room closed but there were people still eating meals & the kitchen staff were still around - we asked if we could just have a small snack or sandwich in the bar area & they were unable to provide it. Was recommended to us and will come again. Worth the long drive. You feel away from it all and if the buffet feels unbearable for dinner ... There is a cool concept for dining at all their affiliate restaurants for free ... But your need a car (although restaurant PUNTA is a short stroll and has view over the pretty marina harbour town)

Location is perfect, direct tramway to railroad station or Ban Jelačić square. Perfect breakfast, parking near the building, only too hot in room because the control is not working - just sleep with window open.

Very nice hotel! We had a great stay at Residence Hotel! The receptionist Allan was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes outside of the central square of Zagreb by tram. It leaves right outside the hotel, so that isn't a problem at all. Close by the hotel there is also a Lidl and a good Italian restaurant...

We booked 2 apartments (2 x couples). Both were superbly clean and modern with all needed for our 3 night stay. We were in apartment 5 with a small kitchen area, was at the rear of building so lovely and quiet. Location is fantastic, central to everything. Marcelle was a brilliant host. Check-in and parking were a bit complicated, but I was able to park on the hotel property during my stay, and the room was very comfortable. The view of Split's sunset and nightlife from my room was particularly beautiful. The hotel was modern, with ample outlets and everything I needed. The view of Split city from the hotel was breathtaking, making it even more recommended!

Nice place to stay in Dubrovnik!!! The place was exactly as expected and as described. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighbors were a little noisy late one night coming back. One of the beds (on the right) was a little creaky if the person on top moved around. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and thankful for this place!

Excellent place. The host I formed us about all we needed in order to make our stay simple and easy. There is an information book in the room that is also very helpful. Even though it is not closed to old town, taking an uber was the easiest way. I would highly recommend this place. The Subset view is stunning.

Overall a very good experience and good value for money. The only downside was the walk to and from the property towards Gruz port and Lapad, it’s extremely steep and loads of steps. The property itself and the hosts were great, small kitchen, AMAZING view and small shop nearby for basic essentials.
