I arrived early, but my room was ready so I was able to check in. It's an apartment hotel, and it feels like renting a room in Zagreb. It's clean and has a kitchen, so I think you'll be comfortable even if you end up staying here for a few days. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the station and within a 15-minute walk of the tourist attractions, but it's only a short walk so I don't think...

We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every night. We were greeted upon arrival and showed around the place. The view from the balcony was beautiful over looking the waters and Old Town Croatia. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect location for us 15 minutes walk into Dubrovnik 2 or 3 times a day. There is a steep hill into the town which can be either be accessed by lots of steps 2 or 3 buildings down or a longer incline down the road. The road down doesn’t have 50 yards of pavement which is a bit narrow so you need to watch out for on coming traffic, I would let any busses through first before proceeding...

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect, with easy access to the old town without the crowds. The apartment was huge and very comfortable, lovely rooms, and the deck / view was incredible. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

Although comfortable, The furnishings are old and worn. Even though the host helped with our luggage it was 3 flights down to your apartment. It was very roomy and views amazing.

It was absolutely perfect. Great stay within easy walking distance to old town. Hosts were exceptional and made our stay feel like family. We are grateful for the hospitality and we are Looking forward to our future return. Cheers to you all.

Good location, clean and fully equipped spacious apartment, with very nice view from balcony. All necessary things are provided, such as cooking oil and detergent for the washing machine. Free Netflix too! Jelena and Stijepo are very nice hosts. A bottle of red wine, a can of beer, snacks and chocolates are given free. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

We recently returned from an 8 night stay at Villa Nina and had the most fabulous time! The location of Villa Nina is outstanding. Literally 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to a big supermarket and 5 minutes to Fazana town / harbour. We loved it. We booked a Superior Studio for 3 people which did not disappoint. We have just returned from a lovely 10 day holiday at Villa Nina. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful apartment in the superior block which was immaculate. Amazing place absolutely loved Apartments Gea! Only issue was AC not working. Everything else was fabulous and the host made it so easy to get there and we loved the area.

Great spot for a quick overnight before an early flight. Easy access to Old Town for all the fun while still being quiet and super easy to get to an airport transfer from. Host was responsive and pleasant.

Minimum This is a property rated as 4 stars. There is no shampoo, no soap in the shower, the can of coffee in the kitchen was empty; there was only one hand towel for 4 people staying 2 days, in the kitchen there is no microwave oven... Great apartment for individuals who work remotely and need quiet place with good internet. Grocery store is on first floor, beaches and restaurants are couple hundred meters from the apartment. I have stayed here 5 times so far and i love it.

Ideal apartment for people that like to travel and work remotely at the same time..

We had a great week at Agava, I can only recommmend the place. :) The only thing I would mention is that the room was a bit noisy. The walls are bit thin, which means you can hear noises from inconsiderate neighbours (e.g. dragging chairs across the kitchen in the middle of the night) and the airconditioner is a bit loud, but we got used to that after a few days. The apartments are nice and well-equipped, with easy check-in/check-out procedures. Unfortunately, compliance with the pool rules is not monitored. I argued with an impolite family and during our last days, a +20 people family forced us and other guests to go to the hotel pool.

Booked to extend my vacation. The apartment was clean, but showing its age; the furniture was a bit scuffed. Only the living room was air-conditioned, not the bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was equipped with loungers. The location was good, which justifies the price.

Everything in perfect order, very friendly staff, nice boss. We think the existing 22 kW charging station for electric cars is great. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a balcony, a parking lot and there is also a nice pool. It is only a few hundred meters to the entrance to the nature park. Therefore clear 5 stars.

Very friendly host, free parking, a 5-minute walk from the old city center. Very beautiful view of the city from the terrace. Very large terrace, but a small room, small shower, and small bed. A better pillow and blanket would have been nice. More comfortable chairs on the beautiful large terrace would have made the experience ten times better. However, good value for money!

The rooms are clean and with air conditioning. The kitchen is relatively small but equipped. The location is in a great spot. It is about 300 meters to the town and about 100 meters to the bus or boat stop. The main bus station is a short distance away. The city beach is also relatively close. Definitely recommend.

The hostess was very nice. We'd just moved in and she wanted to offer us coffee. I felt very welcome. The room wasn't too big, but it was very cozy, there was a kitchenette, towels were provided, it was clean, and there was also a terrace with a grill, which was great for me. I recommend it 🤩

In general, it’s a nice hotel with hard working staff.However, you need to consider 3 points: 1. they only offer WIFI in reception and in the rooms you need to use your own. 2. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every day with a really low quality and for us with 5days of staying it was really disappointing. 3. it’s far from the old town and you need a car to get everywhere else.

The studio is in excellent location near Pile Gate. Everything is super clean and feels peaceful. Communication with the host is excellent. Overall a great dtsyu Dubrovnik is expensive, so this place is good value considering this. The room was spacious and in good condition, bed comfortable and big bathrooms. Everything was really great except the noise created from the stairs in the hallway which are loud and you can hear other guests coming in and out. Luckily it didn’t affect our sleep. Great Hotel! Altough in the residence part the rooms are a bit weird, the walls are kinda made out of paper. However, the all experience was nice, the food is great, the seaview is amazing. Recommended for those whose greatest preferance is not the room itself.

Beautiful location with great beaches around, quiet away from Old Town with plenty of supermarkets around. We had dinner on the balcony each night whilst watching the sunset. The place is slightly older, but the air conditioning in every room kept us cool with ample space for everyone.

Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.
