Great hotel in perfect location.

A very friendly, beautiful family run hotel. Clean, functional, excellent location close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. We would recommend it to everyone.

Great location right along the boardwalk and a 7 minute walk to the old town.. Family owned you could feel they care. Definitely, get the ocean view if available. The small boutique Hotel is clean and new. The buffet breakfasts with fresh cook eggs were great.

Great modern hotel
Great modern hotel in a convenient quiet location. Very large room, well appointed. Good breakfast and staff very helpful. Parking for the hotel is free and a 2 walk away. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was very clean, and there was parking right behind it. I stayed for four days and three nights and was very satisfied.

The hotel is located right on the seafront, with a small road separating them, giving you a great view of both the sea and Rovinj's Old Town from the hotel terrace. To the right of the hotel is the Old Town, and a 10-minute walk along the sea will take you to the center of the Old Town. To the left is the seafront, lined with luxury hotels. The coastal walking path and coastal park are well-maintained, so I highly recommend taking a stroll. In short, the hotel's location is perfect.

Breakfast was served from 8:00 AM, and honestly, it was so delicious that I ate it every day of my stay. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly.

On the third day, we drove to nearby Pula and explored the surrounding area. The surrounding canyon coastline is well-developed, making it worth a drive.

Rovinj was a great choice for our first Istrian beach trip, and staying at this hotel was an even better choice.
I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

New renovation, clean, spacious room. 5min to Rovinj bus station and old town easy to walk to.

Nice and clean hotel with great location, it’s about 5min to walk to the city. The rooms are big and up to date,the beds are a little hard for my preference, and the breakfast had a little small selection, but all in all a nice hotel with great staff

This hotel is in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from the old town of Rovinj and also very close to the ferry terminal for the islands. The hotel has recently been refurbished, the rooms are modern and well equipped and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Sergio and Nella on reception for their efficient sorting of any queries about the room and for their recommendations and smiles!

We stayed for 3 days. Room was lovely and big. Breakfast was tasteful and the view is great. Too bad the room smell like frying and cooking the all time (cant keep a window open)
