Room was not up to the standard we expected from the online pictures. The bed and wardrobe were modern but the bathroom was of a very poor standard. They have just slapped paint on already worn tiles. The wall on the other side of the bathroom was plastered and painted and not sanded first. Food was ok. Good soups and salad, but the mains choices were limited and not very hot. Breakfast was not hot either. Staff were lovely and new pool and flukes were good.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and truly seemed to enjoy what they do, which made the whole experience even more special. The management is clearly excellent, and it shows in every detail. Special thanks to the animation team — Dora, Eva, Domagoj, and Patrik — who absolutely impressed us with their energy and creativity. The hotel offers everything you could wish for: a lovely pool, delicious food, (Grano Duro), comfortable and stylish rooms… simply perfect. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The staff were very polite and helpful. They were very accommodating for a member of our family with a food allergy, and even made sure to prepare special dessert for her every night. This was greatly appreciated. There was always plenty of choice for food. There were plenty of amenities to use and games to play as a family, and lots of deck chairs and sun beds. The pool was the ideal place for relaxation and reading, and the beach is less than a minute away. Plenty of bars and restaurants around, and Makarska centre about 20min walk away. Everything was clean & tidy and the pool was maintained well. It opened later than what we hoped for, 9am every day, and slightly small. We found the keycards a bit annoying to use every time to enter the pool, and think wristbands would be easier. This way we only got 2 cards for 4 of us. Separate pool for small children. One thing we noticed was the lack of accessibility for people that might use wheelchair/are older. We did not struggle because we are able bodied but we noticed that there was no lift to the restaurant and the slope to the rooms was steep. Would visit again.

This resort has everithing you need. Outside pool, ear city beach, restourant , hair dresser, trampoline sector for kids with is very awsome, its near hotel lobby where you can enjoy your drinks when kids are playing. Hotel food was very satisfying. Sea water was a just a little cold for us.

The hotel is good as a hotel with two stars.
The food was good enough, but I hoped to eat more fish or seafood. As a result only one dish made by fish was available. The waiters in restaurant were good (we are very thankful to the waiter Luka, who always served a table for us in the evening when all the tables were cleaned up).
There is no parking, but there is place to park a car under trees. The sea was beautiful, but all the beaches nearby are very crowded, they are public.
The first deleted star is because of low qualified staff on the reception. I set one question and four receptionists in four different days gave me different answers, resulting I hadn’t been able to schedule my further trip. One of them gave me a translator, because he didn’t know any languages except Croatian.
The second deleted star is because of old small rooms and very small bathroom. It’s good that we had air conditioning in our room.
