Apartments was very spacious and well equipped. Free parking down the street. Nice view through the window/balcony.

Great location! Kinda odd upstairs from an art gallery but it's a super cute room! Up 4 or 5 flights of stairs, no elevator but not a problem with gelato on every corner but definitely not wheelchair accessible

Marco (the owner) showed up early to greet us at airport and provided transfer (40 euro). He is super nice and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was extremely charming

I saw people complain about stairs, it’s a 300 year old palace. Would stay here every time! Not a complaint, but it is in the middle of everything so there is a bit of noise from passersby

He also met up with us at 11:00pm to check us in as we had a late flight, which was amazing! Palace Tartaglia is super close to everything. I would recommend staying here!

Only downside is its up about 5 flights of stairs no elevator, they helped carry bags up but your on your own getting out. Would still highly recommend!

This place was beautiful to stay in and super close to everything. Toma was super helpful and sent us numerous of recommendations and places to explore

We were able to easily check-in easily and they helped us with our baggage up the stairs as there is no elevator due to city rules and preserving the architecture

This hotel is a great site to tour the historic Palace. The staff is very professional and caring. The rooms are very modern, the breakfast though limited by the size of the hotel was very fresh and well prepared

The location was beyond belief - as soon as you leave hte hotel you're virtually at the temple of Jupiter it is all so central. The breakfast was also incredible - so much, so much choice and all fantastic

Upon arrival, Ivan took incredible care of us… portage of our bags, information about our hotel and dinner reservations to Leonis! Breakfast was an addition treat… so delicious we could not eat it all

Everything was terrific! Easy to find, close to shops and restaurants! Staff was very friendly- set up our airport transfer for us - very economical and pleasant! There are steps but I believe they put you according to ability to walk if possible!

Since there's no elevator, the hotel staff helped me with my elderly family's luggage both during check-in and check-out, which was very touching. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's cooked on the spot according to the menu

Great little hotel in the middle old town Split, built right on the walls of the city.

It's in a very good location, close to a supermarket, beach, old town, harbour,. The room was nice, clean and spacious, though the shower was a little bit odd and the water flooded everywhere

It’s a short walk from the Hotel Park which is were we are staying and the beach

We had two excellent meals at this Hotel. The food is reasonably priced and very good value for money. The service was fast and efficient. The menu is quite varied so should suit all tastes

We couldn't be happier booking this stay In Split, Croatia. The location is fantastic, a small walk from the Ocean and markets. Very central to the ships and restaurants

It was very nice and modern though which was nice. It's next to a street but we couldn't hear any noise from the cars. The staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was also good

We arrived by ferry, my wife on crutches only to be taken advantage of by a Croatian taxi driver(another story - in Split, always use Uber!)

The Villa was perfect for two people very clean the hosts were very easy to deal with. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping and tour companies to choose from all within walking distance

We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment)

He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean

My friend and I stayed while we were visiting Split. It is located centrally and was less than a 5 minute walk from all the major view points

Check-in was very easy and the staff were very flexible with luggage storage on the day of check-out

Also the location is only a couple of minutes away from the old town so perfect for exploring

Only negatives 1) linens were pretty worn, one towel literally yellowed, another frayed, bed not very comfortable and scratchy. This seems to be a common problem for all hotels we visited in Bosnia and Croatia

2) Older hotel with few options for hooking up electronics such as phone chargers. We had to use the plug next to the door and use an inverted trash can as a makeshift table for our phones, etc

They gave us a free bottle of wine when we arrived in our room. The breakfast was à la carte in the morning and it was excellent. It was served warm and quickly, and the service was excellent

Loved having the rooftop ball and hot tubs. Plenty of sun beds even in peak holiday season. Was concerned it was a fair way out of town but only 10-15 mins walk to the old town. Excellent selection for breakfast

She was able to let us in our room and we could then get in with our day. She was very friendly and gave us lots of information. The pool was stunning and had a lovely lounge area which was always in excellent condition

A bit out of the center but a nice, modern hotel with a great breakfast and sweet hang out place on the rooftop with a pool and jacuzzis. Also the bus to the airport is a couple minute walk away. Really convenient

Pool towels were also provided. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of hot and cold food and a selection of drinks from Prosecco to coffee and juice

The hot tubs and pool are great amenities. The choice at breakfast as great- especially the Prosecco. Staff in the pool bar were lovely

About 8 mins walk from the bus 37 terminal in Split. Clean rooms,friendly welcoming staff. Good choice of breakfast buffet food including prosecco. We were upgraded from the 3* hotel to the 4* building

We arrived with our motorbikes and they give us the possibility to leave the bags an our helms before the check in to visit the city. breakfast is super! Rooms are good and silent

The center its 25 minutes walking distance… be aware of where you leave the car at the street…

The room was better than expected, and we upgraded to a sea view room. Downstairs is a famous local beach where many locals swim and play ball. But the city of Split as a whole is a bit boring, and one day is enough

Split is a relatively small Croatian city, so I wasn't expecting such a high-class hotel. The staff was excellent—polite and professional. The room was large and very modern

Although a little way from the old town (15 minute walk) there is a direct bus. Breakfast very good. Reception staff very helpful. Great views from roof, and of course the swimming pool. Would stay again.

I was here for a long weekend and the hotel had everything I needed. The rooms were big, bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet although I was off peak. Breakfast had plenty of variety to choose from

Our room is on the east side and has a balcony to see the side sea view. The room facilities are up to the four-star standard. There is an outswimming pool and a soaking pool on the seventh floor, and there is fitness

Very clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi is really nice. If you have the time make use of the Wellness facilities and the massage. It was one of the best I’ve ever had

Environment: It is in a residential area outside the city center, about two kilometers away from Riva Street and the bus terminal. The surrounding environment is average

Service: It feels like a hotel bought and operated by a Filipino boss. They speak English with some accents. The roomclean in the morning is a bit early, knocking on the door at nine o'clock

Good water pressure in shower. Lift from 1st floor to 4th floor. A little noisy as close to nightlife but didn’t stop us sleeping

(4) Friendly provided a simple breakfast bag in previous evening but orange juice bottle was not from store but refilled by hotel as the bottle cap was loose to leak into the fridge (to be more exactly, we ordered twice with day1 perfect but the day2 with loose cap juice bottle)

(1) Home made breakfast - healthy and delicious. (2) Clean room but one with balcony is tiny. (3) Room was just painted with strong smell but the window had to be closed as outside street is very noisy

Overall it is a good stay but still some room to improve, specially it is considered as 4-stars. Even with multiple issue, I still rated with high score and expected and encourage their improvement

It is in the edge of the old town, very easy to get to the center and main attractions. Only downside is the curtain at the door doesn’t really seem to be big enough to cover lights

The style of the hotel is very vintage, the room and toilet are very big. Our room located next to the road, not too noisy at night time

RECEPTION It’s so early to harvest, maybe because it’s a holiday. It's in an alley, so parking is troublesome. The water heater was broken, so we arranged to go to another hotel that was closer to the attractions.

Fabulous Stay Great location. Close proximity to Old Town and all the great Restaurants and Bars. Far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. Room was beautiful and well appoointed.

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing

Split perfection What a wonderful home away from home in Split! Perfect location, incredibly generous size, clean, parking on site. We arrived late, and Julia was just so warm and accommodating and generous and friendly

Lovely little hotel! This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!

Duje was extremely helpful and plotted out the places we should visit on a map with a lot of descriptions! Rooms were clean and new. Location is easy walking distance to all the action in split. Highly recommended!

It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10

For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk

The owner is really nice and helpful. He dropped us to he center free of cost with his car. The rooms are as they are shown in the picture. The food at the restaurant was also more tasty and less expensive than the city

This hotel does not provide breakfast, but it has a good location in the center of the old city, surrounded by attractions, supermarkets and restaurants; it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and the pier, and there is also a popular ice cream shop next to it, which is popular with foreign tourists

Hotel was great albeit was a little surprised they had no toilets around reception. The location was questionable as the shopping centre is effectively shut and the only operating business is the hotel itself

(We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been

However, there were not enough towels in the room, and there was no shower gel or lotion. When we asked for them, they were not provided – it’s hard to imagine a 4-star hotel lacking basic amenities

They never brought it… -there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night. - we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go
