Everything with the reception happened smoothly from the check-in/check-out process to seeking available car rental services. The hotel and room are beautifully designed and clean: even the outdoor furniture on the balcony was virtually dust-free. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient to reaching Old Town. I appreciated the daily refills of Jana water when the room was cleaned.

The renovated historic building offers an appealing blend of traditional comfort and contemporary design. Both the breakfast buffet and à la carte menu feature high-quality options. The staff demonstrate professionalism and warm hospitality, with Maria consistently providing welcoming service at breakfast. The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the old palace, as well as various restaurants and shops. My two-week stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all expectations. I appreciate when ALL Accor acknowledges and rewards my continued loyalty.

Great stay here... old world charm combined with modern elegance. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room and entire hotel was fresh and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Great location.

The hotel is wonderful, conveniently located near tourist attractions, the port, and the old city. It's a modern hotel with spacious rooms offering all amenities. The staff are exceptional, especially the receptionist, and I extend my gratitude to them. The restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast is varied. Everything about the hotel is wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for 3 nights. It's a perfect balance of having the charm of a heritage property in Split and the conveniences of a modern hotel (so nice to have 2 USBs and 2 electrical outlets on each side of the bed! We were lucky to get the "Comfort Room" and it was indeed comfy, not the biggest size but the layout was very functional and quiet (the hotel invested in triple pane windows to keep noise out and control temperature). Breakfast at the hotel was amazing and it's what the staff the best of both worlds breakfast with a buffet and a la cart menu. Last but not least the location was perfect for us, just a short walk and we arrived at the Golden Gate of Split - will for sure stay again here the next time.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Well appointed: a good mix between traditional and modern. They renovated and opened recently (right before the pandemic) and respected all the Art nouveau lines of the building when they mattered. The staff was polite and sweet. The breakfast was included and ample. Everything felt comfortable and uncluttered, very nicely done. Loved their decor. Well situated too, just a 8-10 min walk at most to the old city part of Split. The only minus was the shower felt small.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are super nice and helpful. Perfect location as well. I am too lazy and I hardly write reviews, but I'd fully recommend this place.
