Awful please avoid We booked as a family of 5, two adults. 15,12,10 yesr old kids when we arrived only enough beds for 4 ( to sofa beds were tiny and dirty and falling apart was told my daughter and son would have to share the sofa bed which wasn’t big enough for one and don’t understand why any hotel would think it was ok to let a 12 year old boy ( with special needs and suffers with night time fits) and a 10 year old girl share a small bed!!! After complaining they brought a little camp bed up for my daughter once they dressed the bed my daughter sat on it and fell through injury if her knee on the sharp bit of wood where half the wooden slates were missing. Owner looked very angry when we told him to bring another one which wasn’t broken up. Rooms was dirty and falling apart, ground on balcony was very unlevel and broken tiles were again my son with special needs fell. We didn’t have our rooms cleaned once whilst we were there for 7 days even though we asked plenty of times to be completely blanked and said they didn’t understand had to ask for clean towels, toilet rolls and bedding where I had to change sheets on beds. Food was awful, cold, bland and old looking like it had sat in fridge for a few days. No food that kids would enjoy we asked for a few chips and chicken nugget for my fussy special needs child to be told nope. ( the hotel known about our sons needs and promise they would be meet at the time of booking) only food that was really good and great for kids was pool bar and that was the best bit of holiday. Staff were super friendly, drinks and food quick to order and would go out of their way to help. So credit were credit is due I would give the pool bar staff service and food 5 stars. Drinks in the dining hall were gross. Coke tastes odd and the coffee machine was never working. And only juice or coffee for breakfast offered. Staff didn’t seems to care that they were given 9 years old alcoholic cocktails and drinks and the kids were then screaming and smoking outside the hotel rooms til 3am and making loads of noise. I am not one to moan normally as you get what you pay for and this holiday was cheap abd all the wanted was a clean and safe place to lay our heads but honestly I have never ever been to somewhere this disgusting and to never have clean towels or bedding or for them to mop the floors once. Such a shame as the location is perfect right on the beach

Highly ANTI- recommended! Unfortunately, our experience in this hotel was extremely bad. We waited extra time after 2 p.m. to get our room number. It was very loud all the time because of the music in the bar. All the room numbers surround the bar, so in any room number it was loud. The music was sometimes playing after 10 p.m. The food was poor. We had all inclusive. But it was worst ever. A few times we came could'nt take garnish, like potato, they were finished. Poor chosement of dishes. One day a serious man, who was sitting in the dining room came. That day the choise was better. But only this day. The charger plug in my coutry differs, from the Cyprus one. We took it on the reception and left deposit 10 euro for it. When we departed from the hotel, the personnal didn't gave us the money back. I left a letter with the purpose to give money back by the card, but they didn't answear me.

Disappointing - I understand this is a 3 star hotel but having booked all inclusive as a family of five I wish we hadn’t. I expected the hotel to be quite basic, given the star rating, but what I didn’t expect was such poor quality food and to see cockroaches scuttling around. The facilities (pool/bar/rooms) were fine, basic but practical but the food was awful. We ended up eating out most nights. I would advise you only come and use the “self catered” or “breakfast only” option.

When we arrived at midnight, they told us we wasn’t staying at our original hotel that we had originally booked for and was moved to here, in all the years I have been travelling I’ve never experienced anything like it, very dirty everything needs a good scrub down, old and tired, ants in the room, no lifeguard or evening entertainment. Food was edible but not much choice. No hairdryer in room, can only change pool towels 3 times during your stay. And upon checkout of room at 12pm they cut your wristbands off so you have to pay for everything even though we wasn’t leaving until 5pm. The good thing going for this hotel is location.

Disgusting stay clear, !!!!!!!! they got our booking mixed up but said they had upgraded us… oh my gosh if that was an upgrade I would hate to see the other rooms. It was number 28, dark and dingy , the whole place was dirty. Downstairs had 2 sofas and a table with 2 unmatched chairs. The fridge was stained so was the little bench top. Upstairs got even worse, the bedroom had an awful smell, peeling units and a huge tv on the wall! The bathroom was the worst, the bath and toilet were both stained, the shower was covered with lime scale and had no metal case on the tube. We had to stay the night as it was midnight when we got there, when we got up the next morning it seemed even worse. The pool outside had a big brown ring just above the water level. We went straight to complain, that’s when they told us we had been upgraded. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star never mind 3 ! However the location to the beach is really good. That wasn’t enough to keep us there, we left and found another hotel costing us more money, but could not stay there for another 10 days ..

Very disappointing stay.
Location was excellent, check in experience was very poor by the night watchman who was frequently asleep when we returned to the property on an evening. The photos dont show the true condition of the apartments, everything is very worn and shabby, only the upstairs air conditioning worked, the kitchen facilities were none existent really, no toaster or microwave. Curtains hanging off in the dining/lounge area which were dirty too. Breakfast was not good quality, visited once, never been served onion rings and cold roast potatoes before! Check out was as poor as check in, nothing even said or asked about our stay, merely took the key from us. Wouldn't recommend or stay there ever again.
