Napa Plaza Hotel in Ayia Napa

Very nice hotel. staff/food great only letdown is the gym has no air conditioning or broken

An fantastic vacation at this gem!
We stayed for 2 weeks in junior suite no 1.
The suite had an small balcony facing the street.
If you're sensitive to noise this is not the room for you.
The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place.
The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage.
The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi.
An small group in an sitting area.
The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. Towels was changed every day.
We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain!
Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel.
We we're then served the most beautiful and tasty drinks and wine's. All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good!
The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines.
The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu.
Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet.
High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge.
All blended by professional bartenders and beautiful served with fruits, flowers and so on.
Service with cold an refreshing towels by the pool.
You can also order drinks, food, snacks and so on from the waiter's serving around the pool.
All of the staff are really polite, serviceminded people.

Excellent service from all the staff. Wonderful room overlooking the pool. Would say the bathroom was a little tired and could invest in some new towels but this hotel is a little oasis in the heart of Napa.

Place is immaculately clean. Bar staff are really good. Food is exceptional. But make sure you go all inclusive, as tge food and drink is a bit on the pricey side. You also get the use of one of 3 a la carte restaurants. I would advise pepper

This is a fabulous hotel with a great pool and restaurants. We were a party of 2 middle aged couples and had planned to go to a different hotel but 18 days before the holiday we were warned that there would be construction work outside and were offered the chance to change to the Napa Plaza. This was more expensive than our first choice but we are so glad we changed. We were all inclusive which meant we had 3 evenings at each of the hotel’s speciality restaurants and 3 at the themed buffet. To be honest the buffet was so good that we only ate at one of the other restaurants and used the buffet for the rest of our stay.
We have stayed in many hotels but we all agreed that the beds here were the most comfortable we have known. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed as temperatures at night rarely dropped below 29°. It was also quiet so it was able to be left on all night.
We were lucky to be given an upgrade to a pool view room and I recommend paying the bit extra for one of these. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is to have a separate shower rather than over the bath as it was a bit tricky for someone my age to get in and out. There was plenty of storage and a rail on the balcony for drying swimwear.
The pool was wonderful. Plenty of sunbeds which we never had to struggle to find and fresh, thick towels every day. There were also plenty of parasols for even the toughest sun worshippers as temperatures were over 30° every day. One of the good things about adult only hotels is that none of the pool is lost to a shallow end and so there is plenty of room to swim or just chill. The staff frequently walked around the pool offering shots of iced juice and cold flannels and they were always willing to help with moving sun loungers or parasols. The bar at the pool served great cocktails and we usually ate lunch there too. They serve hot food such as burgers, omelettes, fish, pizza but also lovely salads and sandwiches. All the staff were lovely but a particular thank you to Jasmine who treated us like long lost friends and always remembered our names, Debbie, Julie, Mr Greg and Mr Phil. Another good aspect of the service was that the managers themselves were always around checking that things were right. At breakfast there was a woman, didn’t catch her name, who regularly walked around the tables chatting to guests. She wore a dark blue dress with a badge and we think she was the assistant manager. The hotel manager Andra was really helpful to us and it was appreciated that a manager was able to sit and have coffee with us when she was probably very busy.
The reason I have taken a star off for location is just because it is right in the heart of the nightlife area and the crowds outside the hotel in the evenings were horrendous. The hotel itself was surprisingly tranquil with no street noise at all. Because of the location we won’t stay here again but that is no reflection on the hotel which was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Very pleasant staff, great breakfast, very good infrastructure.

Absolutely loved our stay at Napa Plaza! The hotel is stylish, clean, and in a perfect location.
Huge thanks to Andri (Front Office Manager) and the amazing staff – so kind, helpful, and professional.
Great breakfast, relaxing pool area, and a calm, adult-friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be back! 🙏🌴

A Memorable Stay at Napa Plaza – Perfect for Couples!

We recently spent an amazing week at Napa Plaza Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel is adults-only, which was a great plus for us—it made the atmosphere peaceful and ideal for a relaxing couple’s getaway.

Napa Plaza is ideally located in the heart of Ayia Napa, surrounded by the best restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating our anniversary, and to our delight, we were welcomed with complimentary champagne in our room. Every morning, the housekeeping team surprised us with beautifully arranged towels and rose petals on the bed—a thoughtful touch that made each day feel special.

We booked the bed and breakfast package, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. There was a wide selection of dishes, with the option to enjoy a glass of champagne alongside your meal, which added a luxurious touch to the mornings.

Our room was spacious, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, including a beautiful outdoor pool, well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. For those who enjoy exploring, Cape Greco is only a 5-minute drive away and absolutely worth visiting.

Overall, everything—from the location and accommodation to the food and the genuinely friendly staff—was exceptional. We would highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel to any couple looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable escape

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Napa Plaza Hotel and cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply amazing.

The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers top-notch facilities that made our stay both relaxing and luxurious. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness of the hotel was evident throughout.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety to suit all tastes. A particular highlight was the three à la carte restaurants on-site – each offered a unique culinary experience with high-quality dishes and impeccable service. Dining at the hotel was a genuine treat.

What truly set our stay apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A very special mention must go to Daniella, whose warmth, attentiveness, and kindness made our visit truly memorable. She is a real asset to the hotel.

Overall, the Napa Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway in Cyprus. We’ll definitely be back!
