Very nice hotel and the staff are so friendly and a brilliant location but the food is just terrible I’ve always done all inclusive and it’s hard to find a good one but this is the final straw for me it’s put me off I won’t be doing all inclusive anymore

I spent a very relaxing and funny week at the Amethyst Hotel at Aiya Napa. I need to praise the entertainer who made sure that I laugh every day. The travel company Spies refunded all there costumers after seeing the state and the condition of the hotel, and choose to terminate the cooperation with the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Everything was great — the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the town center. I've been there for a week attending an Erasmus Plus project. I found beautiful places (including two swimming pools and a direct access to the awesome Nissi Beach), beautiful food (buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and, moreover, beautiful people. We've also enjoyed the perfect (and free) tennis court, provided with all the tennis stuff by the reception crew. If I could, I would come back there...

A delightful hotel which was clean. The best aspect of the stay was the daily breakfast with fresh fruit, thick yogurt and local honey on offer. Arriving late at night we had a room issue, quickly resolved by hotel staff in the morning, moving us to Room 511 which had a fantastic view of the pool, beach, marina and sea. The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

I really liked the hotel. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. Clean, modern room. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is.

Good breakfast and nice staff. However ground floor room was full of some sort of flies ,usually living in the wet environment, therr was no hot water in the middle of the night.

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa. Nice and comfortable rooms. Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations.

The room was nice. Unfortunately I stayed during a period in which they are doing work with bulldozers near the hotel, and in the morning the loud noises start already around 7, so I recommend always bringing earplugs.

Poor infrastructure, sidewalks, abandoned properties. If you are thinking of a posh area, Ayia Napa is the wrong place.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautifully arranged, and the staff are outstanding – the management should be proud of them.
