Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Ayia Napa

The hotel it self has its own wonderful gardens, plenty of sun beds near the pool and on the grass area. Wondering around the grounds was very pleasant you could lose yourself in an oasis style of surrendering

Would 100 percent return and looking already at booking for next year however I wouldn’t stay in the same room and will hopefully be able to get a room with a pool this time around

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

We stayed at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Hotel outside of Agia(Ayia) Napa November. Its near the Landa beach and 15mins was to Nissi beach. These beaches are so tranquil and shallow to swim in

1 no ice and 1 little ice - no straw ) The Originsl Red Bus Trip to Varosha and Famagusta was a really good day out and well worth missing a day by the pool

The hotel has 4 themed restaurants and each with its own theme and a bit like going out to a restaurant. The main restaurant is okay and the food is not always hot, the breakfast is good

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling. The rooms were clean and catered well for us

Great family friendly and really calm hotel located bit far of Agia Napa center, which is good if you like spend your time chilling without crowds. Amazing location with two beautiful beaches few steps away

Firstly, Tofinis is located at the best end of the Ayia Napa beach, golden sands run into clear blue warm water without unwanted stones or seaweed

The hotel itself is nice and wants for nothing. The staff are friendly and the food is better than you would expect from an all inclusive large hotel. We visited in October and it was warm and not too crowded

The splash park is great fun, pools are not heated it must be noted and the sea is much warmer than the pools

The pool was clean, and there were always sunbeds available, although some guests reserved them early in the morning even if they weren’t around all day

One thing I missed was more adult-focused entertainment; most of the evening activities were for children

Great value for the money, the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are a little dated but everything functions and rooms are decent size (ours had a balcony pool view)

From the moment we walked in the experience was wonderful. We were met by staff and advised that even though we were early for check in we were able to use the pool and water park

Well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, towels for the pool and tea/coffee facilities. Food was good with lots off variety. Evening meal was great with home made pizzas

All in all I would recommend this hotel, had some great facilities and both the pools were great

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

The pools are superb, a little cold but amazing and a great location to walk to Protarus centre and beaches

We are a group of friends who usually always travel together on vacation. Recently we were in Cyprus to get some warmth and relax. We ended up in a hotel called Papouis hotel

Whilst we encounter an issue with food heat it was sorted swiftly and the quality of food was superb and varied for everyone

Overall I had a great time at papouis hotel , my shower room stunk of excrement and urine for the whole time I was there , i assumed it was a plumbing issue , as I was alone i put up with it

She really enjoyed the crafts they did together and still wears her ankle bracelet every day! The kid’s club lady would also beckon her over at the disco especially when the Hokey Cokey came on knowing it’s my daughter’s favourite 🤣 she is an asset to the hotel so I hope they look after her accordingly!

We booked our wedding a year ago directly with the hotel through their wonderful wedding co-ordinator Felicity. Felicity is a wonderful asset to this hotel, her kindness and professionalism was outstanding

Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, we can’t thank the team enough for making our special day personal and exceeding our expectations

Felicity was always at the other end of the email or phone with nothing being a problem and her prompt reply’s answering all questions in great detail

Felicity and the team in the hotel made the process stress-free with everything super organised making the day enjoyable for us and our guests

We have just returning home following celebrating our wedding on 2nd may in the golden coast hotel with 75 guests

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

We did find it hard to create a decent meal out of what was available. We spent further money eating out most lunch/evening times. Children’s options was 3 trays of either Rice, chips and 1 meat option

No Live cooking stations, food was cooked and then left under heated lamps which in all honesty did nothing as every meal we had was either cold or look warm

We did have massages at the hotel which the lady was lovely. Also we celebrated a 40th whilst on holiday and no acknowledgment at all from the hotel

Would we return again probably not but hopefully the hotel will take on the feedback given to make the most out of this hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, always with a smile. The pools and spa area are excellent and perfect for relaxation

I am a well travelled man, and I can honestly say this hotel delivers a level of professionalism and warmth that stands out anywhere in the world

Everything is perfect! Every part of the hotel is clean, the food is varied and delicious! Sweets, you don't know who is better than who! :) The staff is really friendly, from the maids, to the receptionists, to the waiters, cooks, managers! The beach and the COLOR OF THE SEA are wonderful! We will come again in the summer for sure! :)

Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach

Deluxe Adult Only wing was really nice. I had the room with the private pool. I received a comp bottle of champagne upon arrival. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, and spa services were amazing

Great hotel. And Delux wing is a wing for guests 16+. With its swimming pool and restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Staying here for 10 nights lovely & clean the staff from restaurant, pool side and the Bristol lad from behind reception are really helpful 👌

I was really looking forward to a family break and the hotel has pretty decent reviews but I wouldn’t return and that really is a shame

We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower

The hotel room was overlooking the beach and pool area, which was lovely and quiet we had no issues getting on the sun lounger four poster daybeds with curtains by the private pool

We are a family of 6 and it was an incredible experience. !!! The parking area is small and so I parked next to the hotel. We were greeted at the reception with a punch cocktail

Absolutely top hotel - rooms, common places, facilities, pools, gym are excellent. Beautiful garden inside with a few bungalows. The hotel has its own beach (with beach service) which is a big plus

We usually book adults-only hotels, but thankfully there were only a few children 🙏 I loved the cats and hope they are well cared for during winter 🥺 I also really appreciated the art details throughout the hotel

Buffet breakfast for so many and all you could wish for. It's Aiya Napa, so you know what to expect with the busy beach

She was incredibly attentive and proactive, recognized me on the second day, and made sure every morning that I received soy yogurt. Even when I asked someone else, she noticed immediately and stepped in

Plant based milk alternatives were available, but for anything else you had to ask the staff. Sometimes it seemed the staff didn’t clearly know the difference between vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free

Before arrival, I asked by email about vegan options. On site, the announced vegan buffet on the main buffet turned out to be a gluten free corner with cornflakes and no vegan cold cuts

Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh

-The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday

Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday.   - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay

The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience

For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks

Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel

A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing

It is public and a bit crowded. The pool is less crowded, nicely situated over the bay. The sea can be reached quickly with a short walk. Everything looks very clean, including the beach and water

Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better

All the small things add up to a mediocre experience. The pool are was nice and the quality of food when ordering al la carte was very good

Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen

Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants

The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel. Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold. The only thing we do is eat and go sleep

Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need

Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

Great location for relaxation The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy

I recently stayed at the Grecian Sands Hotel in Cyprus and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the warm welcome we received

Everything about the hotel was first class. From the facilities, to the rooms, pool, breakfast area and general first class cleanliness. The staff were all extremely friendly.

The swimming pool is average cleanliness, there is no private beach, the public beach is just below the hotel, and the sea water is also average cleanliness

Most importantly for me the beach is sooo nice. Bright blue crystal clear waters, very warm in September. The pool is also lovely and warm. There are always available sun loungers, great drink service on them as well

Then he said cheese plate with some grapes is salad bar lunch @ € 16 which again I didn't ask for - soup, salads, cakes, fruit, cheese. Then he said he doesn't have what I would like in a la carte

For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture

I had a la carte mushroom risotto and it was disaster, overcooked Asian rice so I stay only with what I see as buffet style salad bar. Salad bar is great, diverse, cream soups yummy

Not even a glass of wine if glass of champagne is out of their reach. Maria supervisor is true host but Marios manager of Theros looks like he is not belonging in NissiBlu

The pool area had lots of seating - but that pool was blooming COLD even in the mid-day sun. The bar and service staff very friendly - drinks are reasonable

The even number rooms on all floors have the Street view with a Sea view off to the right. The odd number rooms have the best views, but at night the fair rides operational, so a touch noisy, but did not disturb me

Hotel/room was lovely, clean, modern. Location is great as it was a short distance from all main destinations in napa without too much noise around. Some staff was very nice and polite but some were very rude

The entertainment staff, Billy and Ellie, were lovely and helpful they need a pay rise as it made up for rude staff therefore atmosphere was 8/10

Easy to get around, everything in walking distance - Getting a taxi is easy but ASK the price before you get in, you can be overcharged

We had a wonderful 11 nights at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. Staff - The Staff at Reception were so warm, helpful and informative from day one until we left

Stelios greeted us every morning with a smile on our way to the pool. The Pool Staff were all excellent. Michael is a superstar and we loved seeing him daily

The buffet food was fantastic! We eat vegetarian and vegan, and there were plenty of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We already can’t wait to come back

The service in every restaurant was impeccable and it is so hard to remember all the names but we will remember Irina, Nicola, Maria, Valerie, Charlotte, Sachin and everyone we met, for a very very long time

Recommended but pool needs attention Very clean and new rooms! Very comfortable beds and nice shower room. Unfortunately the pool needs TLC and some good scrubbing. Beach is right below the hotel and it's really nice

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault

The breakfast has many choices even if you have food allergies

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel

The dinner staff does not know basic etiquette: one particularly unpleasant incident occurred when a waitress picked up a fork from the floor and placed it back on the table

I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent

The rooftop bar is incredible and a good place to relax if you need some shade. On my birthday, the staff gifted me a bottle of red wine and fruit which was so lovely. If I come back to Napa, I am 100% staying here again

However, the service leaves much to be desired. The chefs bring out food in dirty clothes, which completely ruins the appetite. I recommend opting for breakfast only and having lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants

Our rooms were clean and comfortable; when we had an issue with the shower, we called reception and the maintenance man showed up within less than 5 minutes

The hotel is a 7 minute walk away from the strip, there’s lots of shops and pharmacies nearby, and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside of the hotel

We were a party of 2 middle aged couples and had planned to go to a different hotel but 18 days before the holiday we were warned that there would be construction work outside and were offered the chance to change to the Napa Plaza

An fantastic vacation at this gem! We stayed for 2 weeks in junior suite no 1. The suite had an small balcony facing the street. If you're sensitive to noise this is not the room for you

The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge

You can also order drinks, food, snacks and so on from the waiter's serving around the pool. All of the staff are really polite, serviceminded people

All blended by professional bartenders and beautiful served with fruits, flowers and so on. Service with cold an refreshing towels by the pool

Yes there is people trying to sell you ***** on the main ***** which is a 2 minute walk away but it's no different to say Blackpool in England, you just politely say no and they don't bother you whatsoever

We went self catering and had breakfast everyday at planet Benidorm over the road, was 8 euros for a huge breakfast and a pint in the sun everyday, what more can you want? The old town is a nice gentle 10 minute stroll littered with bars and restaurants on the way, the seafront is just a 2 minute walk and has some lovely cocktail bars and all the usual shops to get your gifts and water for your room...

Great place for a family holiday. Wonderful view, comfortable pool, not far away from the sea. Good breakfast, delicious dinner buffet and cheap drinks. Also very helpful and friendly stuff.

I was there a few weeks ago but forgot to review, but I wanted to because we had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Marina, like anybody else does before you go away on holiday I read the reviews and was abit dubious about Benidorm but we had such a great time for the 5 nights we stopped

The staff were absolutely superb, the room and cleaning staff were great, around the pool was fantastic with the huge screen TV to watch the sport whilst the resident DJ played some class house music throughout the day and the entertainment in the white star pub was brilliant, I live a tribute act and saw Elton John and Michael Jackson

Marina Hotel 1209-1909 Its was my second stay in Marina Hotel I came to Marina for a reason I love it - simple as that All employes in hotel is a one big family and they treat all guests as a dear family members

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

I recently stayed at the Annmarie Beach Resort in Ayia Napa and had lunch from their menu. Being gluten free, I always worry about what I can safely eat when dining out

She kindly checked with the Chef to make sure which dishes were safe for me, and I really appreciate when staff take the time to do this, it makes such a difference

Once again we have returned for our 6th visit this time with 4 of our adult children aged 20 to 26

We are currently on holiday and they are having such fun relaxing in the hotel during the day and clubbing in Aiya Napa at night so much so they all want to come back with us next year lucky us 😬 x in all seriousness we find it hard to go anywhere else now

We have stayed in all room types here over the years and all are lovely, if you fancy a treat book a suite with lovely views over the beach. The hotel is clean, well kept. Staff are friendly and food is great

Sometimes we eat out if we fancy a change of scene, or if we are out of the hotel. There is a snack menu between scheduled service times which can be useful if not in the hotel at meal times

The most varied breakfasts and dinners I've ever had – no one will leave this hotel restaurant hungry, and the menu is varied every day. Of course, you can also add various types of alcohol to your meal

A really beautiful hotel, excellent service, a little far from the center, a fifteen-minute walk, and the breakfast is reasonable and there is a large selection

The food was excellent, the chef and the entire restaurant team were very nice, and the girls serving by the pool were fantastic. The only thing missing was evening entertainment

Breakfast is unchanging because they have everything that should be at breakfast, and it is perfect. Dinner, on the other hand, rotates weekly, which is great because you always have something new to try and enjoy

now they have separate WiFi SSID for the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and polite. You have to pay for fridge and for safe if you want to use them. Safe 10€ per week, fridge 15 € per week

River Rock hotel is excellently situated in Ayia Napa for the harbour, shops, restaurant, bus route etc. The staff are brilliant and so well trained to look after customers

Petra welcomed us at the reception with such a smile and a desire to help with everything we asked her, she is lovely, the breakfast is very rich with a wide variety of foods and was great, on the last day the flight was at night and Petra said we could come after check-out to get a shower, towels and soap, the only thing we were not happy with was the water flow in the shower, maybe it was just our...

The manager at the bar at the evening the lady who cleaned near the pool honestly you are all amazing. The breakfast was very nice all fresh and staff so nice too. Very nice pool and cabana beds so comfy and free to use

Whether at reception or in the restaurant, the service was friendly and efficient, making the stay more enjoyable. We also had a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant for both lunch and dinner on several occasions

The pool area is tiny and the sunbeds are taken at 4am in the morning by older people who believe they can tell children not to splash

Started to get busy last few days and that caused only issue as the pool area for sub-beds is smallish so people would put towels on beds by pool and then go and do other things and come back 2 hours later… There are other places to sit not directly by the pool

Ice creams also available during certain times of the day. Pool- Freezing cold but area well kept. Super comfy sun beds but get up early if you want a spot in the sun. Life guard was noted on 2days of our stay only

Food- Breakfast was served in Nelia Gardens which was lovely and plenty of choice. Always had a warm welcome with a beautiful smile from Monica. Lunch and dinner is served at Neila Beach hotel across the road

Night reception put us in a room ( family of 3 with 2 beds) but this was quickly rectified in the morning by the reservations manager. Who did her best to ensure we were happy
