I was really looking forward to a family break and the hotel has pretty decent reviews but I wouldn’t return and that really is a shame. Positives first the hotel is modern and immaculately clean! The staff are fabulous and friendly the pool area lovely and the entertainment staff work very hard . Negatives the food is very poor with the exception of one evening it was a massive disappointment....

just home after a week in this hotel, staff amazing couldn't do enough for everyone,rooms were lovely, spotless cleaned daily, fresh towels daily. Food was lovely, themed nights. pool area spotless plenty of sunbeds and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back, Margaret and Tricia PS only one suggestion could have a seat or bench in the spa showers to sit your clothes on

Absolutely love this hotel, I’ve been three times now and loved it every time, the facilities are amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Wait staff Christina and Samim are flawless and always go above and beyond, Christina always remembered our drinks orders and Samim that we liked straws with our drinks, Christina also made sure to check in and see how I was after I’d been unwell one day...

Just got back from staying here. staff were lovely, we got in late and whilst checking in we were told to get a drink before the all inclusive bar time stopped at 11pm. Left a sandwich in our fridge as we missed dinner too. Personally we found breakfast and dinner good, lots of variety in the 5 days we were there. Enjoying a fabulous stay at the Tasia Maris as we speak, and cannot praise it enough. The staff, food, location and facilities are perfect. Saw a bad review and can only imagine they were staying at another hotel, as this has definitely not been our experience.

We have just returned home after another great holiday at the Amethyst Hotel. What makes the Amethyst really special is the staff throughout the hotel, they are all very friendly and helpful. Coco the entertainment coordinator is great always going above and beyond making sure you are enjoying your holiday.

I spent a very relaxing and funny week at the Amethyst Hotel at Aiya Napa. I need to praise the entertainer who made sure that I laugh every day. He was called by different names daily by other tourists as well. (The Buyas, The Cardinator, Pipi Johnny etc) If you choose the Amethyst Hotel dont hesitate to look for the entertainer. He is the Goat!

My partner and I have just got back after staying here for 9 days, we had an amazing time the hotel is very clean and smells fresh, the pool is good size, with jacuzzi bench it one corner with decent pressure gives a good massage The food was a different theme each night which was refreshing as it gives you a chance to try some different foods, but they also had the options for the less adventurous...

I and two friends of mine went there before the season started. We booked a studio at So White, with a double bed and an extensible couch. We received a studio with a big bed. The sofa was regular (non-extensible), not what we actually booked. The hotel is advertised for 5 stars, but I'm sorry to say that's not the case. The view and the hotel itself is really nice, the staff was really, really friendly...

Great Hotel!! The rooms are clean and stocked.The good is very very tasty and varid.There are pools .a large ja cuzzu and a beach the sea.Comfortable large sunbeams and next to the beach is the wet bar . THE PLACE IS PERFECT FOR A VACATION. One of my regular destinations is holidaying here :)

I just absolutely love this the place is just mesmerising and the beach is so nice. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the manager and all the staff. The only bad thing was that the pool had some cracks which didn’t quite disappoint me but I was informed that it would be renovated next year. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!!

Beautiful hotel, stunning surroundings and clean sea, skilled Italian chef, all inclusive service is definitely worth it... The rooms are nice, but there was a space under the entrance door, thanks to which a tarantula got into our room! So I hope that was the reason and it didn't stay with us in the room for two days... I think that once this hotel was great, built with style, nice pools, near the beach...but unfortunately, it is not maintained and now, the only good thing is the pool area. Rooms have a big mold problem so there is a smell...and there are no windows. Cleanliness is medium - some days our room was well cleaned, others left without towels. Had to stay here 1 night as there was no availability at vassos nissi beach hotel that evening.........This is a 3 star hotel..at best, arrived to an unclean room, no towels, cobwebs everywhere no AC working...I had booked a pool view room... but it was more like a garden view room. They have a useful car park...but it's not lit to the hotel reception... which is upstairs... and there was no lift....

The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.

I really liked the hotel. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. Clean, modern room. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. The breakfast was good but the dinner...
