Hotels All-inclusive in Ayia Napa

The drinks package on all inclusive was very limited and the quality poor! Keo is considered a premium beer here and attracts a charge as does anything more than basic drinks

We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower

The restaurant quality & service was of excellent quality, fresh, wide selection of local & international dishes with a rich dessert buffet. The waiters were polite and and so helpful with the kids

It is also close to the port and central Ayia Napa filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, boutiques and souvenir shops

The cocktails are vile and the Gin fizz tastes like cold lemsip! Even the soft drinks are non branded and of very poor quality and the evening entertainment is non existent

Upon arriving, during check in, two lovely welcoming friendly staff members instantly gave us an upgrade to the Keliva luxury suite. We were then driven across to our new accommodation and It was absolutely stunning

Visited this hotel several times , we missed a couple of years due to covid, so the hotel has obviously took that time to make some changes and I must say they have done a fantastic Job the restaurant and food has moved up a few levels , the food is by far the best I have experienced for a all inclusive package top notch

the position of the hotel its literally cross the street from the best beaches with clear water, we stayed all inclusive, food was great,pool area's are not to crowded, massive swimming pools, plenty of space for everyone

Cocktail 🍸 are quite alright would have preferred more options for all inclusive but hey you can't have it all

To many staff to mention but they really are fantastic and look after you, Elena at reservations has pulled out the stops and gave us the room we were after , so thank you Elena, we a over the moon with your pick , our boy Ben couldn't be happier

Some typically brusque waiting staff, pools surprisingly chilly and maintenance of gardens, main building etc could be better. Still 5 stars though..lovely food, beautiful pools, nice rooms. We had a lovely.

There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of. Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars. We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe

Ana the lady working the restaurant was our fave! She is the most hard working, genuine and lovely person. I honestly wish her all the best. The food was incredible and I'm a very fussy eater

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience

The Mediterranean restaurant was first class and the food was incredible

Other than the fact that we were told by our tour agent that the swim bungalows were adults only, this hotel is second to none. We come to cyprus several times a year and can safely put this in our top 3 hotels

Our room was clean could not have asked for better. There is a lady at,Reception called Nahmeih she went over and beyond for myself and my Daughter. We will definitely be visiting again especially this Hotel

All were absolutely beautiful The swim up bungalows with fully luxury amenities and vibes top location calm atmosphere and the food in the dining and in the restaurants was high quality with many options We definitely visit again Mare!

We have just returned from an Easter holiday break as a family of three we had a great time and found this hotel a very good base for our travels Food we found the good great great variety and great selection of snacks from the back bar just thought could if been a little hotter at times the food was cooler than we liked Drinks the alcohol variety was good and I enjoyed the sparking wine the soft...

The rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit, you can use this free once during a weeks stay. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. If you miss breakfast or don't want to use the restaurant at lunchtime there is a snackbar

The chefs work so hard to provide great tasty food. At breakfast you can have an omelette freshly cooked which are always lovely. A big shout out to Mr Mario, Ali and George and the rest of the restaurant staff

Gino and his team were brilliant and we saw some good new acts too. The food is always fantastic with so many different choices. The desserts are especially good (if you have a sweet tooth like me)

We did have a couple of small issues once, but as soon as we let reception know, these were quickly sorted. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Housekeeping always greet us with a big smile

The hotel is well situated and close to shops, the harbour and bars. The beach is just across the road. We've stayed in many different rooms over the years and they have always been great

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water

Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need

Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

Great location for relaxation The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy

The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus

Our short trip to Cyprus which was a wedding present from our relatives, turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found ourselves at Grecian Sands Hotel! Extremely affable Welcome at the reception was a start of beautiful chain of events as meeting friendliest staff I’ve ever met in hotels

Clean, cozy, stunning view, you need to go down to the sea along the path, the view is gorgeous, the sea is clean, the sand is snow-white, the breakfasts are delicious, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the central streets

Some staff we see from several years and the restaurant manager is a legend and shakes hands like an old friend. The food is probably the best we have experienced at any hotel, all inclusive or otherwise

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view

Bed was very comfortable! Towels changed daily and room cleaned,beach towels provided in the room. The restaurant and bar service excellent, the staff are very friendly

The food is outstanding and I am a very fussy vegetarian. The drinks are very good, the cocktail list is very good

Special mentions to Thomas (the most lovely, friendly helpful person ever) and Nikos in the bar (wouldn’t let you sit down for more than a minute before he was there with some coasters for your drinks), Lakis in the restaurant who always ensured the most amazing service (especially in the à la carte), the new bar tender Demetrius who was one of the best bar tenders I have ever seen, Barbara and Kamiri...

The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch

THEROS restaurant has great atmosphere, lunches my favourite while still space for improvement. What client would like to oder client gets is the motto of high quality customer service

Even the smallest details were thoughtfully considered. Honestly, NissiBlu exceeded all expectations

For a relatively young men with yellow stained all over carries front teeth - yikes for restaurant , to overweight belly out he is hardly the image of upmarket beach resort corporate culture

Then he said cheese plate with some grapes is salad bar lunch @ € 16 which again I didn't ask for - soup, salads, cakes, fruit, cheese. Then he said he doesn't have what I would like in a la carte

Then one day I asked to order cheese plate and grapes, already on the buffet, and he suggested offers that didn't meet my would-be order

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the food, drinks, pools and restaurants, have nothing negative to say. My friend Gary loves cats so the number of little pussy cats made his trip even more special!

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

We stayed at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Hotel outside of Agia(Ayia) Napa November. Its near the Landa beach and 15mins was to Nissi beach. These beaches are so tranquil and shallow to swim in

The hotel it self has its own wonderful gardens, plenty of sun beds near the pool and on the grass area. Wondering around the grounds was very pleasant you could lose yourself in an oasis style of surrendering

The hotel has 4 themed restaurants and each with its own theme and a bit like going out to a restaurant. The main restaurant is okay and the food is not always hot, the breakfast is good

The staffs on the front desk are helpful, but there are 2 that stood out for us, Eleni (Manager) and Dimitris they always smiled and greeted us whenever we walked past

Very nice place we stayed 11 days. Great and trendy helpful smiling stuff! I love the location children can swim in pool and I in the sea and still using sunbeds together! 100% recommend. Very good isolated room

The bar staff on all pool bars were attentive and friendly and the staff on the entertainment bar were brilliant they danced the dances with the kids and we're always smiling. The rooms were clean and catered well for us

Snack bar food was very nice and better than the general food that is served which was not very nice and I couldn’t stomach it a lot of the time. Cocktails were very nice and good variety of drinks

The pool area had lots of seating - but that pool was blooming COLD even in the mid-day sun. The bar and service staff very friendly - drinks are reasonable

The even number rooms on all floors have the Street view with a Sea view off to the right. The odd number rooms have the best views, but at night the fair rides operational, so a touch noisy, but did not disturb me

Hotel/room was lovely, clean, modern. Location is great as it was a short distance from all main destinations in napa without too much noise around. Some staff was very nice and polite but some were very rude

The entertainment staff, Billy and Ellie, were lovely and helpful they need a pay rise as it made up for rude staff therefore atmosphere was 8/10

Easy to get around, everything in walking distance - Getting a taxi is easy but ASK the price before you get in, you can be overcharged

From walking into the hotel to leaving nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff Our room was wonderful and cleaned 6 days out of 7 We walked out of our room and there were sun beds/pool were right there( also pool towels are included for your stay) The food was great in the restaurant & pool bar and in the la a carte restaurant (which you get included if staying AL for more than 5 nights...

The evening entertainment was hit and miss. The drinks are watered down quite a lot ( even soft drinks)

The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea

The staff were very welcoming from the time we arrived to the day we left and were always happy to help us

The reception staff are the biggest let down of the whole experience- we asked for a late check ( and pay for it) out as our flight was an evening one to be told point blank no even though online I could book a room

The alcohol content in the drinks is very much down to who serves you

Great rooms, great seafront location midway between Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Food variety and quality was great

The only negative was the slight inconvenience of no WC facility at pool / reception / restaurant level - you needed to go either 1 floor up or down

Positive things def gym got aircon and water and very decent set of equipment very positively surprised. There is a volleyball pitch and beach is close enough. Very friendly bartenders and restaurant staff

So far holiday is ok hotel is small not much to do. Entertainment doesn't almost exist. Food is ok some days better some worse. Dont expect any decent evening entertainment its ok for a hotel this size

Shopping, good restaurants all around. A couple of the things that did not satisfy us we addressed to the front desk got covered immediately. The kitchen team and the bar attenders are so friendly and responsive

I went here for my birthday last week - all inclusive, and had the most amazing time. The staff were so lovely and attentive - their customer service was excellent

Our rooms were clean and comfortable; when we had an issue with the shower, we called reception and the maintenance man showed up within less than 5 minutes

The hotel is a 7 minute walk away from the strip, there’s lots of shops and pharmacies nearby, and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside of the hotel

they put together 2 single beds to make a double bed. You have to pay for drinks, water or soda if you have half-board

This was our third time stay at this beachfront hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. The atmosphere is always relaxing

Great hotel approx 30 mins from the airport. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds and air conditioned. The pool area is also nice and clean and watched over by a life guard all day

Strange that toilets can only be found on basement floor and by pool none in restaurant and lobby ! The rooms are comfy but have extremely thin walls so you can hear everything from miles away

The food is great, we are here on an all-inclusive basis, it's just pure joy, and my head doesn't hurt about anything. Nearby is the embankment, amusement park, shops, cafes and even a casino

On the whole a great place to stay, all inclusive has great food options although the food could be hotter, The service manager and Vlad gave great attention to customer satisfaction

The barman Karan was incredibly friendly and sociable, always serving with a smile. Drinks were served quickly, and the beer and wine were perfectly chilled – exactly what you want on a sunny holiday afternoon

We were enjoying the hotels all inclusive program and what an bargain! Three times per week we were able to book each of the restaurants attached to the hotel

All of the food we tried was to die for! So so good! The other nights the dinner was served in the buffet restaurant and that was also really good and high quality food and wines

The noise from the street or the restaurants under the room didn't bother us at all. We do normally live in an bustling city so we like the noise more then a totally quiet place

The lunch was served in the lounge area near the pool, it was from ala carte menu. Breakfast was also delicious and served as an buffet. High quality liquor, wines an beers were served in the pool bar near the lounge

The suite i spacious and do have a lot's of storage. The bathroom had both an shower and an jacuzzi. An small group in an sitting area. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff

Would stay anywhere else.. right next to the sea which has a great walking Along the foreshore. Also not far from all parks and Luna parks, restaurants and more

Hotel has perfect location , close to the center and all you need is nearby. Our kids were comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was good , but everyday was the same food. Pool closes very early at 7 PM

We are having a great time! They surprised us really nicely for my daughter’s birthday! Location is perfect, but compared to other hotels around here is very quiet at nights

She kindly checked with the Chef to make sure which dishes were safe for me, and I really appreciate when staff take the time to do this, it makes such a difference
