The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. I really liked the hotel. It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. Clean, modern room. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2025. In short: the staff are extremely friendly, cleanliness is at the highest level, the food could be a bit more varied but everything is very tasty. All in all, I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to come back again next year.

The restaurant close to the beach have amazing food and drinks. The halloumi here is so far the best I've had in all of Ayia napa and i have tried them all so far. This one is a bit on the sweeter site, but it matches the flavour profile perfectly, it's not rubbery and its just fantastic for every bite. The hotel is way better than the images found online or on their website. They seriously need to hire better photographers. I enjoyed every minute I stayed there. A delightful hotel which was clean. The best aspect of the stay was the daily breakfast with fresh fruit, thick yogurt and local honey on offer. Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is.

Two days in Ayia Napa We enjoyed very much our 2 days visit at Petrosana. It's a nice small hotel, located in a short distance from the beach and the center of Ayia Napa. Nice and comfortable rooms. Sometimes a little noise from the street, when young people was working home from discos and bars in the night. Everything worked perfectly, and we can only give them our best recommendations.

I wouldn't say this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in but not the worst ,it's a bit tired in a lot of places but the beds are very comfy. Need to lot of work to tidy up a bit but the price reflects in what you get and open out of season which is another bonus

The Manager Linda , 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced. So don't expect too much frills, maybe not even an elevator. But what you're getting is a safe place, safe, managed by good management in the perfect location for unbelievable value. We stayed a week in November. We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. Room was clean and tidy. There was a kettle and 2 cups. Stayed here 10 nights with my husband, room excellent, food good ,drink good ,bar staff excellent, cleaning excellent, last few days not so good as few groups of young boys/girls behaving was disgusting, spitting and boking over eachother, we both love a drink and a party but these bunch were a disgrace, felt really sorry for the other guests, glad we were going home .

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. It were amazing days in this apartment. There are all needs, very clean room. Great view, comfy bed and stable wi-fi connection. Also great advantages are : free parking lot (but it’s really tiny, could be a bit challenging for not experienced driver), nice hosts and all bars and restaurants in 5-10 minutes

The hotel is really nice, close to all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night.  The only thing I didn’t like is that the AC wasn’t included, and 16€ a day it’s ridiculous, thankfully it wasn’t that hot at night and I didn’t need it.

We had a wondeful week at Pavlinia Hotel Apartments right in the center of Ayia Napa. The first time we were there in 2015 and since 2020 five times a row. The facility is super clean and well renovated. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The location is great and you only walk a short distance to the bar street. Everything is in walking distance. They offer a great breakfast and you have to try their ice latte. The room was really nice. Beds are very comfortable. Air Con is excellent. The staff are great too, so very friendly, can’t help...

Very modest room, OK for sleeping. No chair o desk. Electric kettle, but no socket except near bed and the kettle with European plug. Excellent breakfasts. Good localisation. Parking place very tight. Not enough room for all the guests, we had to park nearby.

Great location. Good breakfast. Very dirty floor,- someone’s hair everywhere in room, in corridor, on beds, on floor, on new towels… it is disgusting! Do something with it! It is the only critical remark.

We stayed in the hotel for the week 2 weeks ago. Small hick up with the rooms but it was sorted quickly and we even get free lunch vouchers. Rooms were a bit outdated but for the price wasn’t too bad. Location was very good. Only few minutes from the centre. Pool was fantastic and what makes me give it 5star was the staff on reception and especially at the pool bar. I think the guys name was Dimitris...

Nice hotel, lovely pool, great drinks. Bar man Dimitris made our holiday 10x better thanks to his great attitude every day without fail, he was super engaging and polite. He would go the extra mile for us by recommending places for us to go. On top of all of this Dimitris makes a super cocktail😋

Brilliant location. Rooms and facilities were great. It's a shame the gym is not on the premises but other than that we had a great time. Our time in the hotel was made even better thanks to Dimitris, the bar man. He was brilliant and provided a lot of recommendations for places to go in the area along with super service and his cocktails were outstanding!! Our stay here was made better solely down...

Great location, clean hotel, nice pool. Does not have a gym, which we were disappointed with as it is advertised as having one. Nearly got off to a bad start on our holiday due to this but Dimitiris the bar manager redeemed our holiday by putting us all in a good mood. He was a pleasure to deal with. See you guys again in the future
