Excellent location, 450 meters from the tram and the 22 takes you everywhere. A secluded area but with a noisy bar. Disappointing everything else. I booked a double room for two with breakfast but I had to leave alone, so I expected a little more! Discounted 4 euros in tax and 4 euros breakfast supplement which I didn't understand! When I arrived at breakfast time they could have offered it to me instead they sent me to the Cafe Louvre and didn't offer coffee as written in the reviews. Not even water and the magnet, nothing at all! Treating customers differently is not good and I really didn't see the smiles and friendliness they say! The receptionist is as cold as a popsicle, not even a smile, always on the phone in shorts and a short shirt in a 4-star hotel you can't stand. Dated and poorly maintained hotel, as gloomy and not soundproofed, tiny rooms and the bathroom on the floor not clean as well as the plastic toilet you can't even see. I don't recommend and thanks anyway for the two types of coffee offered, but the breakfast was good, plenty of choice but more for a Nordic clientele.

It is within walking distance of the subway station. Charles Bridge and the Old Town are also within walking distance, so it is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options.

We booked a last minute break to Prague and have to say it was brilliant. We were very impressed with the hotels cleanliness, service and the breakfast was lovely! Our only slight criticism was our room was very small and no tea/coffee making facilities (however this may be normal for a Prague hotel - don't know). However, it was fine for the amount of time we spent in it. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean and even had a mini fridge and safe. Location was good especially as Prague is a very walkable city with also lots of public transport options. The breakfast is buffet style self service and they have lots to choose from - very tasty! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
