Very good, clean and with very basic necessities. But as a tourist you only need a good bed, clean bathroom, cup of coffee to get going in the morning. Kitchen with kettle, fridge and little stove, enough for your stay. Very quite area, walking distance to downtown, nice walk through the park with a great wiew of the city, soon you arrive at one of the bridges with a fantastic wiew of the city at your feet! As well as tram service right around the corner. Very good bed for a goodnight of sleep, personell tidy up the room every day, and fresh towels are provided upon request. Can warmly recommend this place. Very good and at low budget price, you cannot get better!!!!

I went on booking, and the pictures of the room look like an apartment. No one speaks English well, so when I arrived I asked about the room, and they demand I pay upfront, so I say show me the room, and they finally understood, and show me a filthy single room like a cupboard on the top floor, with a ceiling so low you have duck. So I say, that's not what is on the website, and they say well, OK you can cancel and won't charge you. Fine, I walk our the door, and send a cancellation request, and they decline it, so they try to keep the whole booking fee. This place is just a scam, and I had to call booking to explain what a joke it was, if your in Prague and looking for a cheap room for a night, just avoid this place, because for the same price, you can get a much better hotel, bigger rooms, cleaner, with breakfast.

Falling apart, nothing is working as it should, not the shower, not the WiFi etc, the rooms looks like the last time it had maintenance done was about 30 years or so, no service what's so ever as the couple who run the place just sit and smoke all day long and doesn't speak any English.

At the beginning we had to help some swedish guys to get inside the building as we speak slovakian. I dont know what was the problem, if there were language barriers or they didnt really care to help them...
The other day at the 'continental' breakfast the bread was literally green.
We couldt pay by card, so we had to take out some money from the ATM on very high rates of course...
I asked the apartment for a late check out (at 12:00) on the day we arrived and 4 days later they told us that I had not sent anything. They just probably ignored my mail.
I would not return here. It has a perfect location, everything is pretty close, but the attitude of the personel is terrible.

Very rude personnel, avoid this hotel at any cost!

?? ATTENTION, THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! VNIMANIE, ETO MESTO OPASNO! Owner started the fight with us and ran away from police, that we called. Homeless people are sleeping around reception at night, WiFi is not working, beds are horrible, staff charge you with insane exchange rate from euro|usd to Kc. Beware!

PS. Hah, we do have multiple videos of everything we said here - fight, homeless people at this property etc. Check photos at my account here at google maps to see screenshots of the fight!

Vladelets nachal draku s postoyaltsem iz-za voprosa pro WiFi, sbezhal iz-za vyzova politsii. Vokrug resepshena nochyu spyat BOMZhI (eto ne epitet, eto pahnushchie bomzhi). Net WiFi (tolko polchasa, potom tolko dlya chehov), krovati uzhasnye, foto ne sootvetstvuyut realnosti.
