The hotel has an excellent location, very close to attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. It also offers a spacious and comfortable layout, which makes the stay pleasant. The bed and bathroom were clean, which is always appreciated.

However, some elements of the room need attention. The sofa cushions, bedspread, and carpets appear worn, with stains and visible signs of use, which affects the overall impression of the room. We also noticed that the room temperature in March felt quite warm.

As a suggestion, replacing or thoroughly cleaning the room textiles (cushions, bedspread, and carpets) and improving temperature control would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially considering the hotel’s great potential due to its location and spaciousness.

I'm giving it 1 star because you can't give it 0.
The website doesn't tell you that there's no reception before you pay. You only find out from the confirmation email.
They say they offer 24/7 service, but I've been trying to reach them for 7 hours and no one is answering. It's 5 p.m. and we're stuck here. I'll let you imagine the result if you arrive at night.
The address provided on the reservation is incorrect.
The password given does not allow you to enter the building. Luckily, I ran into other guests who gave me their password to access the building, otherwise I would still be outside.
The only good thing is that I do have the room I booked.
I am extremely disappointed. The trip is definitely not starting as I had imagined.
Avoid at all costs.

Amazing stay at Aurus Hotel! Perfectly located in the heart of Prague, this hotel offers a high standard of accommodation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality in the city center.

Awesome location right in the middle of Old Town and the room was very spacious with a medieval feel. Checkout time was a little early (10am) but was able to extend it 2 hours so that part of the service was good. There is no check-in desk as it is all done remotely with a key code and all contact was made thru WhatsApp to get questions answered. If I had one suggestion where service could be improved, it would be to refill the coffee pods and water bottles everyday day. We received only 4 coffee pods and 1 water bottles for the 4 days/3 nights we were there so the 4 of us that all drink coffee and water had none after the 1st day. Other than this…the experience was excellent and I would recommend the Aurus.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Don’t be bothered by the absence of onsite reception, as check-in is a breeze with your provided code. In addition, it stated that there wouldn’t be housekeeping but our room was tidied daily with fresh towels and linens straightened. Our only issue we encountered is our room’s shower does not drain well and will flood the bathroom if you turn the water on fully. The staff was attentive to send technicians to work on it, and they were very kind and respectful of space. I would recommend they go and check it again as I don’t think the issue will be fixed without running the shower as if it is being used for a standard cycle.
Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others on their journey to Prague! Thank you very much!

Amazing location! I travelled with a teenager and two seniors (70+). Room was perfect, cozy bed, clean shower with warm water. Short walking distance to almost all tourist attractions. 10 points!

Room comfortable. Great location. Good restaurants to eat. Near all main attractions. Staff were nice and responded fairly quick.
However, because of the location it was really noisy. If you are looking to rest at night and don’t mind the noice it is good for you but otherwise it is not. They had AC in the room but because it was not summer they didn’t allow us to use it. They told us to open the windows and turn off the heater but since the area was so noisy we couldn’t open the windows to sleep so the room was uncomfortably worm. We didn’t appreciate that. Also the rooms are built in weird way that some stairs were a bit risky so not good for elderly people or small children. Other than that, we had a good time in Prague.
