Perfect studio for a romantic escapade in the heart of Prague. Located under the roof of a building on Wenceslas Square. We can access a nice balcony giving us nice view over Prague. We were there in January, and the only comment would be that the heating was a bit too low, especially at night. I think it is related to the central heating, but needs to be mentioned.

Terrible customer service!!! Contacted them 30 minutes after my booking, through Hostelworld, and needed to adjust my booking and see if the "double" meant 2 small beds or 1 large bed. Since it was a late bed and that didn't work I said I needed to cancel and I knew I would lose the deposit. The guy on the phone said no problem. Come to see they charged my account the full stay and their reasoning was because their employee, that was told to me was the manager, is now claimed to be a college student with no authority for decisions. That's really a great person to transfer me to, GO receptionist! Anyways, needless to say they couldn't care less about the customer.

Centrally located apartments in Wenceslas square. Well furnished and quite. Pity that the framed print of Klimts "The Kiss" was hung on the wall horizontal instead of vertically. Won't hold this against them.

I lived in a big room with kitchen.Big space big bed and there are some useful kitchen equipments that I can use for cooking. I give 4 stars because there were lound noises in night time from the next door.

We was in roof terrace appartment with 3room,under us was Mark&Spencer. Was very nice apartment, big terrace also. And when u went down to the street u was in the heart of Prague in Vaclavske namestie....was nice

Hotel is really beautiful and in a good location to explore Prague by foot. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and moderate prices. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t as good as expected, which was our only negative experience with this hotel.

The staff at the reception is very friendly and polite as one would expect from a professional Hotel service. We rented a parking space downstairs in the Hotel garage (quite expensive around 35€ a day) which is very small but fortunately they still had free spots available when we checked in. Our room was unfortunately right in the hallway where the elevators are, hence we were able to hear the sounds from the elevator as well as other guests that would talk while waiting for the elevator. Also, the doors are quite thin and furniture rather old. But for young people that come for a weekend and are mainly in the hotel to sleep, it's good.
