The staff was nice and friendly.
Room with its bathroom was clean and in a normal condition.
The view from the room was also nice.
The only thing we didn’t like was an air conditioning in the room.
Overall, the hotel is very good and it’s worth the price.
I did not like the communication from the hostel prior to our arrival. There was an option to request airport transfer when booked and we proceeded to request this well over a month before we arrived. We simply got an email saying request denied, no possible options for transport. Simply denied. Better customer service would’ve been providing some options for guests. Especially those visiting for the first time.
For the most part the staff is polite and it is located just about 15 minutes from old town center. The bus stop is about a two minute walk from the hostel.
Overall I am satisfied.
