Great stay in Prague at this quirky friendly hotel near good transport. Comfortable rooms (except room 18) which was changed for me. Breakfast very good and friendly staff. Must mention Natalia & Violette especially, a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Same issue as others. Took 3 nights of full payment. With 12 hours before my check-in time, I received an email canceling my reservation and promising a full refund by end of 2025. I called, emailed and have filed formal complaints with the Czech government appropriate consumer protection body. Not a single response. Haven't seen a penny of refund.

SCAMMERS !This place is a scam. I made a booking, paid in full then they cancelled my booking and are now avoiding my efforts to contact them. You should be ashamed!

Toilet had dried pee all over it. Only one roll of toilet paper. Sheets didn’t look very clean. No toiletries. No wash rags. Only one towel. One employee told me the next employee could book my transportation to the airport. The next one said he couldn’t do it. When he did book it, he booked it for 4:15pm instead of 415am!

Great stay at a 15th century hotel building ! I especially enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk lady . I don’t remember her name but she is from the Ukraine . She was very sweet and kind .

Bad night
Woke up twice in the night. The phone called and some people were making a lot of ruckus in the hallway. Had been looking forward to getting some sleep. Otherwise it is fine but sterile.

Arrived on 12 August, temperatures of 35 degrees in Prague...the room has no air conditioner....we were boiling in the room. The hotel does not care, didn't even offfer cold bottles of water, I had to insist they give me... Their website states clearly that the standard room is equipped with air-conditioning, but they simply don't care....all they care is to take your money. Avoid this horrible hotel....worst experience ever

Very strategic location as it is within walking distance to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The only downside is the road to the hotel is kind of hilly, so it may be a bit challenging if you need to drag your luggage with you.

4 STAR HOTEL.QUITE OK IF ONE CAN ADJUST EXPECTATN
Upon arrival , the ambiance was positive: traditional Czech house from last two centuries, high ceiling and cool interior , a nice refuge from late afternoon summer heat. But room lacked face towels, no telephone for calling reception and standing shower stall small even for an average person. Bed and sofa n pillows comfortable though. Receptionist seemed mostly bored and gruff. Breakfast service was very late starting at 8am. Ok if you are not on business n in a hurry. Breakfast spread quite good though. Visited a friend staying at DESIGN HOTEL NERUDOVA further up the street. Such a contrast in terms of colours on the walls, and staff always warm and helpful. And it was a full service cafe!

Didn't know what to expect. All of the buildings are 300 to 400 years old. From the outside, not too impressive. Going inside, it looks partially remodeled. The staff is very helpful. They did the best that could be done with the existing structure. Multiple elevators and winding staircase. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and clean. The bathrooms look very modern. Heat and hot water are boiler driven. Hardwood floors. Twin beds. Plenty of bright lighting. Nice breakfast from 8 to 10. Close to everything. Overall a very pleasant stay.
