Imposing building approached through a gateway holding the reception office. Friendly receptionist on first arrival spoke good English, the staff on departure was not so customer friendly. Of course there is no lift and my room was on the second floor up 53 stairs. Good sized room with a very creaky floor and 2 single beds. Wi-Fi was intermittent which was frustrating. Empty minibar. Newish bathroom. Robes provided for use in the wellness centre ( I did not utilise). Water was hot, after a long wait. There was a heated towel rail. Service in the restaurant was rushed, I felt they were trying to get people through as fast as possible! I was half board ( not a fan) with poor choice of meat, pasta, or salad. Dessert was not very nice cake. I would have liked to sit on the terrace for a pre dinner drink but it was very windy.

It's a SCAM! Called 8.9.2021 to Reserve a room. They offered a superior room with a bathtub and guaranteed parking. Arrived on 11.9.2021 and the hotel was closed off and shut down. We drove 800km to be left without a hotel at 22:30 at night! DO NOT GO THERE / DON'T BOOK

Phone number got disconnected within the same week I made a reservation.
Ringed some door bells, lady told me the hotel has been closed for longer and that several people came with reservations, while the place is not even in business .

Wouldn't even give 1*. It's a 0* experience.

We are sleeping here for many years before christmas when we have company party in Prague. Hotel is clean and comfy, breakfest good, without any problem.

Very inconvenient location if you are without a car. The tram stop (the last stop on the 14th) you need to walk about 15 minutes through the Park and houses. Or bus to the metro. The rooms are large but very dirty and old carpet, Breakfast is traditional European with no frills.

All is well except geographical location. Far from the center. The hotel itself is cozy and there speak Russian

The hotel is nice and cozy. However, after 23.00 it's impossible to eat: the bar is closed, restaurant is closed. The nearest restaurant Pushkin(1 km away) but it works to 00.00 - had to order pizzagohome. Liked PTS. If you order elsewhere you need to watch the coverage of delivery.

A quiet , peaceful place. Service is pretty good. Only a few Russian-speaking staff .

The hotel is great, near the highway, easy to find, easy access to city transport. Car Park is closed from prying eyes. Clean.
