The hotel is in a great location right near the Charles Bridge in the lesser town. Its entrance is a small door with a door card access. There is a buzzer for reception for when you arrive. Extremely warm greeting and even though we had arrived early our room was ready and we were allowed to check in and unpack. We were in room 4 on the first floor. Nice sized room with plenty of storage. Small fridge, hot drinks facilities and a small safe. Bathroom was a shower only but good sized and easy to use. Plenty of complimentary toiletries. Room was lovely and warm and a comfortable double bed. Breakfast was in the cellar and offered a good selection of hot and cold food as well as fruit and cereal. All the staff were helpful and polite. Excellent advice about local transport with tram routes and stations explained and written down for us. It’s close to plenty of local amenities and a main tram stop is just up the road. The main square is just over the Charles bridge and about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. Great hotel, fantastic City.

Fantastic place to base your city break in Prague. Located near the west end of the Charles bridge, it allows easy access to the castle , cathedral and the old town . The staff are excellent, the breakfast was fantastic and our room was amazing. Check in and out was very easy and our stay was perfect . Highly recommended .

We loved this hotel. The location was perfect; just across the Charles Bridge. The metro was only a 5 min walk so it was so easy to get around. The breakfast was great also. It was interesting to stay in such a historical place. I highly recommend!

It was a real pleasure staying at U Černehó Orla residence during our visit to Czech Republic. It's located in the heart of Prague city center, a few steps away from Charles Bridge. We could go everywhere on foot. Our room, Royal double room on 3rd floor was exceptional!! The breakfast room was also interesting, as it's an old cellar renewed and beautifuly decorated. Breakfast was yummy, with lots of options everyday. 👌

Stayed at Residence U Cerneho Orla for three nights in April. The hotel is located metres away from the foot of Charles Bridge and just around the corner from the Lennon Wall. It is set in a fantastic location with all major tourist attractions in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept with virtually every single amenity on hand: if your room doesn’t have it, you just have to ask (I requested a clothes iron and one was provided with an ironing board). The hotel is very quirky with high ceilings and massive windows which let lots of natural light in. The shower is very powerful but did take a couple of minutes to warm up. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in to be told our room was not ready but that we would get a text message as soon as the room was available (we did get that text less than an hour later). The receptionists spoke perfect English and organised a taxi for our return to the airport (when she discovered we were leaving before breakfast, she organised a packed lunch for us to eat on the go - very thought) The daily breakfast was a standard continental affair with the usual eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, breads and spreads. As well as some other dishes like quiche and pastries. There was coffees and flavour teas available, but no English breakfast tea. This was remedied by asking at reception for more sachets which we brought down to breakfast with us. All in all, this hotel is fabulous and I will be staying here again if I return to Prague. Děkuji to everybody at the Residence U Cernho Orla for a fantastic city break!

If you admire the beauties of the Bohemian era, you will definitely enjoy your stay at this beautiful, astonishing historical place. Remarkably reflecting the Bohemian architecture, this place truly captures the spirit of Prague. While staying here, you feel like traveling back in time, back to the 19th century. In addition to its aesthetic beauty, the staff are respectful, nice, and polite. The service is lovely and the breakfast is pleasing! If you like to experience something exceptional, I strongly recommend you to stay in Residence U Cerneho Orla Prague!

Small hotel in a very good location! Excellent and warm welcome. The rooms are great, and the bedding is of very good quality. Although we were right at the foot of the Saint Charles bridge, we didn't hear any noise! . (Room 5) We also tested apartment 11, very spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend the hotel without hesitation. We arrived around 9 a.m. they held our suitcases until we got the room and the same for the return. Be careful with a lot of steps in the hotel which can pose problems for some. Otherwise, don't hesitate any longer.

In an incredible location (at the beginning of the San Carlo bridge), the residence is clean, welcoming and really comfortable, the room is spacious and pleasant. A truly excellent choice for those who want to spend a few days in the enchanting center of Prague, you can move everywhere on foot without problems.

This is a Hotel I would highly recommend if visiting Prague. The Hotel itself is elegant, very clean and above all very close to city centre. Absolute most helpful staff and very pleasant. I was stunned also by the size of the room,everything in the room you need such as Mini bar, tea and coffee making, wifi etc,etc and again room very clean and the bathroom is just as good with bath, shower and everything you need. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main square.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great! Big selection and very tasty. Good coffee and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we return to Prague!

What a beautiful hotel, in an amazing location. Despite it being located in a very busy area it is very quiet inside. Our room was on the second floor, so a few stairs to negotiate. The room was immaculately clean and well presented. Very good WiFi, tea/coffee, toiletries and hair dryer. The breakfast was well presented with a lot of choice on offer. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
