Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Everything feels outdated, old furniture and cheap toiletries (basic hand soap in a plastic bottle). The breakfast egg boiling system is chaotic: guests must watch over their own egg in a shared hot water pot, or risk someone else taking it.
As a comparison, a true 4-star hotel like Hotel Werk in Romania offers for example Rituals toiletries, Babyliss hairdryers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and everything feels fresh and modern.
The only positives here were the peaceful atmosphere, the nice courtyard, and the included transfer to and from the metro station. Still, the price is too high for the quality offered.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly. Large room, only the carpet was a bit unpleasant. Walking barefoot on it is not recommended. Nice bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel, which was okay, even good. What didn't impress us was the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect more; you can easily make your own breakfast at home on a Sunday, nothing special. You have to cook your own eggs. Beautiful grounds and garden area. Finding the hotel, however, is a challenge. The navigation system reported a road closure, and we drove around in circles for an hour. On the other hand, the surrounding area was lovely. It was okay.

Great hotel at the edge of Prague and very easy to get to the center of the town. The staff is very friendly at the reception which I cannot say the same for the staff in the restaurant.
If the breakfast is till 10:00 AM that means that you can get food even if you come at 9:50 AM regardless.
The waitresses were upset that we came at 9:30 AM and asked for more scrambled eggs since there were none left. Also they started to clean the place while we were still eating and an older gentleman on my way out pointed me on the wrist watch that it was 10:15 AM and that breakfast is till 10:00 AM.
Those are some weird rules or the people working there are not happy with their work.
A little more kindness would go much further.
Otherwise a good choice to stay in Prague and not be in the middle of the city.

Very helpful staff who dealt with Czech baggage handling company on our behalf when my partner's suitcase was left behind in Birmingham airport. Meals on-site were fair, though a bit stodgy, which seems to be typically Czech. Complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station meant it's easy to get into Prague city centre. (Public transport in Prague is free to over 65s - just have your passport ready to show any ticket collector.)
Although it's not far from a busy road, which was audible when eating outside, noise doesn't permeate the rooms. Otherwise, a former manor house in a quiet location.

The ownwer of the hotel Mr Konrad Link is super nice and very service minded. When wr can’t use the restaurant he lets us use the hotel shuttle for transportation to the city do we can eat. Our son had a miss hap and Konrad fixed so tve shuttle guy went snt picked food up for him. That is super good service.

Very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty and is a recommendable option if you don't want to go to the city for dinner.
The shuttle service is also fast and the drivers are excellent.
The pool is a great highlight for families with children.

A quiet hotel located outside of the busy city centre. You will not be disturbed by drunk tourists there.
Service was good, breakfast was good, room was clean.
We used the swimming pool and we were pleasantly surprised that it was salt water. Sauna was HOT :)
We were offered free shuttle to the nearest subway station or Prague ZOO if we needed it.
We came for one night only, but we now know where to go once we come back to Prague.

Superb hotel with friendly staff and local character. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet with delicious European fare, a beautiful pool area, and free shuttle service (which were only some of the amenities offered by the hotel). I had a brief problem with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the helpful, multi-lingual staff sent “tech support” to my room to fix the problem. I only stayed a short time, but would definitely recommend the hotel.
