Highly recommended! As long as you know the check-in procedure, this is an excellent place to stay. The location is great, and the facilities are clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. Communication via WhatsApp is excellent, they respond right away.

Room was really cozy and spacious, unfortunately the heater in bathroom was not working for the first 2 days, we had to suffer the freezing cold bathroom as the operator has been changing from one to another and delayed the repair, but thankfully we got a portable heater after that. Location is great too, near to mustek station and right in the old town area too.

Restaurants, markets, and shops are right downstairs—super convenient!

The facilities are complete, and the beds are uniquely designed to be on a higher floor.

It feels like home; I'd definitely come back!

The uncle there at Security was very nice, we checked in our luggage kept going back to pick up things without saying anything, and also invited us to the toilet and offered towels

This hotel apartment is located between Prague Old Town and New Town, 5min from Old Town Square where the famous Astronomical Clock is.  It is at a walkable distance to all major attractions with restaurants, cafes, shops, street market right around the corner.  The room has its own open kitchen, dining table, all necessary kitchenwares and utensils that you can cook a meal if preferred.  The room is very spacious with high ceiling and very bright with sunshine coming in.  Design is modern and I particularly liked the wooden flooring for its clean feeling.

There is no reception, you can only contact them via phone and WhatsApp. And it still under construction in some parts.

My friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center.

However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time.

The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues.

I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression!

The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels.

The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots.

The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively.

The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels.

The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist.

The location was convenient for dining and shopping.
The facilities were new and I had a comfortable stay.
I stayed for four nights, and although I was able to request the trash disposal, I didn't know how to request a towel change, so the only disappointing thing was that I had to use the same towels until the last day.
