Staff very nice and helpful. Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast is good ,everything is fresh and perfect location.

I got a single.. small but perfect room. Clean. Close to everything. Best part was the delicious breakfast which was included!

Good location. Rooms are spacious but they need to be refreshed. Standard keys to open room doors were a bit hard to handle. The breakfast was pretty poor and the room used as breakfast lounge was not big enough. Electricity was out for 45 minutes one night due to a fuse problem. Hope they will improve.

Beautiful, spacious & comfortable rooms with large TVs, amazing beds & a huge bath. The included breakfast downstairs was delicious and varied, covering everything from parties to fruit and cooked meats. In a lovely brick basement setting with jazz music playing in the background with amazingly attentive staff.

In general the hotel present a well serivce and comfort.
but the breakfeast is quite boring. and there is no HOT oat meal which is very coomon food.
the pillows that we got at rooms are very simple and not the best.
the location is quite good BUT the street at nigth is quite dark and felt not safe.
there is no Bar service at this hotel, the bar is only for decorative means.
If you are lazy to get 10-12 min by walk from the main square, do not come to this hotel. this is not for old people location is far from city centre.

It was OK, our room was stinky on the first night, buy it was late and we were tired, then they didn't check the complain in the morning, and it felt like they knew about it. Second night we moved to a room that wasn't really cleaned after the last visitors... only the great location was worth the money

This is by far the worst hotel service I have experienced in Prague. The hotel has canceled my reservation twice without contacting me. When I called the hotel they told me to rebook because I must have canceled my reservation and then the front desk guy hangs up the phone on me while I was asking a question. So I rebooked my room and the front desk once again canceled my reservation and I was told to contact the manager in the morning. This sounds like a scam... reserve this €550 room and we will cancel it for you, but weight now you can rebook the same exact room for €650. Myo Hotel Caruso = SCAM

Nice located, but rooms were old and a little bit dirty. The breakfast was okay. I think everybody will find something to eat. Strange smell in the room and bathroom :(

Room was HUGE and gorgeous. Staff was amazing, so friendly, felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to all the sites and to Chabad on Shabbat so this is an ideal hotel for someone who wants to visit Prague during the weekend and observes the Jewish Sabbath.
