Amazing hotel. The room I stayed in was beautiful, with a super-soft, comfortable bed and a bathroom with a huge shower. The food was special, truly excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, everyone was friendly and helpful. It's one of those places you're almost sad to leave. If I were to return to Prague, I'd stay there again without even looking for other hotels. Highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Greetings from Italy ❤️

The hotel is very well located, with a good and friendly staff, but it has many opportunities for improvement, such as having a 24-hour reception. They inform you that they close at 8 PM, and if you arrive after (in fact, I arrived at 7:50 PM and they were already closed), they send you instructions to enter through the back door, codes to open that door and to find your room keys, and instructions to open your room door (another challenge)... at times I felt like I was in Escape 360... lol. They advertise a luggage elevator, but it's not big enough to carry a medium/large bag. So, if you arrive after or close to 8 PM, with heavy luggage, and, like me, have knee or back problems, it's definitely not for you. While the room is comfortable and they have amenities like some cakes or cookies and a Nespresso machine, the latter is far from the outlet, so it doesn't make sense for me to have anything electrical unplugged because it's far from the outlet. Unfortunately, the shower isn't great either. I would just like to conclude by saying that it could be a wonderful hotel, but for that to happen it needs to improve these aspects.

I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend.

Brilliant! Perfect check in- fast and friendly and accompanied by a glass of prosecco or a coffee! Sumptuous linens, coffee machine in the room, tea, situated in a perfect area and the original windows block outside noise very well. Regular check out at 12 is nice and relaxing. The breakfast is a must!! Fabulous choice and everything done so beautifully. If I had one gripe it would be the rather horrible music at breakfast. But I was so concentrating on the delicious food you could almost forget about it...

Excellent hotel, location is perfect -walking distance to all major attractions-, service is great and breakfast a la carte is big plus (make sure to have breakfast at the dedicated time for the hotel guests, otherwise you may have to wait for some minutes to get a table).
Definitively would stay here again, rooms are in great shape and have all the needed amenities, even pastry for you every day at your room.

Cute small hotel in a great location and attached to the Venue Coffee shop. No elevator so be prepared to get in some extra cardio while you are here. The reception area was staffed by awesome and helpful staff. The room was unique with a very comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

I liked this hotel but had a hard time finding it. I asked a waiter at a restaurant across the street and he did not know but looked on his phone and said there it is, across the street. Signage is rather inconspicuous. It is above a restaurant. Staff were great help, and made unexpected effort. I wanted to buy tickets for a train to Vienna and they did a search on their own phone, showed me the results, and helped me buy them. Breakfast is not included, but there is a 10% discount in the restaurant. It is a short walk to Wenceslas square and other sights. A farmers market was a block away. Convenient location and nice hotel that I recommend. (No elevator).

Nice hotel
Nice little hotel in Prague. Location is perfect for exploring central Prague. No elevator, but a small elevator for luggage. Old buliding remodeled into a small charming hotel. Superior room was decent sized. Clean and good service every day. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Good menu to choose from and quick service. Big plus that you can have «breakfast» anytime from 8-16.

Lovely concept for brunch, great staff and service. Cool chic looking venue and really tasty food. Chai latte was the best I’ve had in Prague! Really tasty banana pancakes and well cooked bacon, definitely worth a visit and no need to book, managed to walk straight in - would highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel for a solo trip. Lovely, comfortable single room, helpful staff who gave great recommendations and the best breakfasts ever! Close to all the sights. I had a magical time in Prague. Highly recommended.
