Ultimate hotel in Prague.Friendly staff and excellents service in hotel.Food is allways fresh, drinks also, coffe machine have full choice.Receptionists are world class, friendly, calm, want to help anytime, even in late time in night you can ask them to make you hot drink like espresso and they allways take good care of your needs.Hotel Pivovar like other hotels dont have room for smokers,but they have largest balcony for smokers.PARADISE balcony of hotel Pivovar have full equipment for smokers like nowhere in Prague, small and large ashtrays, many tables and chairs and you can drink coffee, others drinks and really enjoy in beautiful view + smoke cigarettes in peace.Hotel Pivovar is located in peaceful place and you can anytime go by car, bus or tram to centre of city to make pictures, videos or similar.Full recommendation for HOTEL PIVOVAR.

I would like to recommend this hotel .I was there beginning of Aughust this year.
It has very good location for Metro , shopping and banks . Everything you need .Breakfast simple and you can find everything...if you gluten free like me just ask the ladies there and they will assist you .
Receptionist are helpful and welcoming

Only what is not there is coffe and tea facialities in the room ...but a otherwise everything is great.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Though it was hot at night, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. Do recommend.

I’m sorry but this is the single worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff seem to hate their job, they couldn’t care less about the visitors. The food wasn’t exactly tasty. The rooms somewhat clean. What’s more my room key got stuck in the lock and later broke in half. They charged us 7000 kč for it, whilst it was completely their fault. May I repeat the staff and especially a man who was on the night shift as well as the owner are horrid. Do not recommend.

I paid money to be treated like garbage at the front desk. My colleague and I arrived separately with the same charming employee telling us their instructions were they would not receive payment from our app company credit card. So we either paid some other way or out in the street. The man also said they hotel does not process virtual payments on a weekend and that the payment must be a figment of our imagination because it was not shown on his screen. We paid from our pocket and landed in attic rooms with 60 cm wide berths for beds, I am 6 foot, my feet dangled outside the bed. The hotel is building something outside, so....believe it or not, they sell earplugs for the noise that they create. At the end of the check out, the man was actually shocked when I told him he was rude. If he believed his behaviour was normal, then our cultural differences are abysmal (fortunately).

Very rarely I would be impressed by the hotel to write a review, but this is the case. Initially one wouldn't expect anything special from a 3-star hotel, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised.

Rooms = we had double room on the 1st floor with terrace and it was spacious and with all things working.

Staff = they speak English and are very friendly with clear communication and willingness to help. We had two requests, which were addressed very quickly.

Breakfast = good tasty Czech breakfast with better than average choice. Nothing to complain about. Rather opposite.

Location = very good and easy to reach. 5 minutes walking from a shopping mall and metro Vysocanska. 15 minutes walking from O2 Arena. Parking available.

Overall = great value for money. Recommended.

Hotel have a good location. Few minutes walk from 02 arena and close walking distance to Tube station with couple of shopping centers around and lot of small shops, pubs and restaurants in close distance. The hotel room was very clean with a basic inventary and with private bathroom. But it was perfect for our stay when We needed just some place to sleep and feel well and safe. Every room have WiFi with very good reception. The hotel restaurant offer you a great breakfast menu with choices for everyone to start their day in Prague. Hotel staff was very friendly and happy to help with any problems.

Great value for money. Conveniently located (15 minute walk) near the O2 arena. Tens of items on the breakfast buffet menu (included). Parking on the property is 100CZK extra.

The hotel made a mistake with my booking, giving me a single room rather than 2 bed, but the absolutely amazing night shift concierge spent upwards of a half hour with my trying to rectify the mistake and leading me around the hotel checking out any other unbooked rooms to see if any were what I had wanted to move me into them. Her attitude made up a large part of the dissatisfaction I had at the mis-booking.
