(5-day stay) We were initially welcomed into a very small and cramped room, extremely different from the photos uploaded by the property, where we stayed for three days. One afternoon, upon returning to the property, we found the room occupied by other guests. Concerned, we went down to the reception to ask for an explanation. We were told that all our things and personal effects had been put in a bag in the luggage storage room. Only because one of their employees had made a mistake in assigning us the room (they realized it after 3 days!!!). This is not fair and I find it terrible, we were practically evicted unknowingly! They gave us another room, obviously dirty. I asked for further explanations and at least a partial refund, but they turned a deaf ear. I do not recommend and will not return!

The room was very narrow, suffocating and noisy, my husband and I had to take turns getting dressed. Without a wardrobe, without a chair, without anything where you can put objects or anything else, perhaps that's why it's called minimino, in our friends' room the heating system didn't work. Very small sink in the bathroom where you couldn't even brush your teeth, fortunately we only stayed there for one night. NOT RECOMMENDED

More than mediocre hotel. Tiny and very noisy rooms (you can hear absolutely everything that happens in neighboring rooms). No hot water after 10 a.m. Cleaning is done (barely) every three days. The environment is grim.

This hotel is basically a base only for sleep & a shower, its situated quite a way from the heart of the city, the good thing is the metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the metro service is perfect & easy to navigate the city sights, the rooms are very cramped with little space like i said its basically a base only, overall the hotel served its purpose for our lovely prague trip❤️

Very good and cheap hotel near the center of Prague, economic room for 2 cost 700ck for 1 night, rooms are comfortable and clean. Personel were kind and nice. No breakfast at it but on the ground floor are vending machines.

Small hotel near exhibition hall Holesovice. Noisy hallways, thin doors and young people with speakers eveywhere. Rooms are very small, simply equipped, no table nor wardrobe. Out room smelled like urine.

Clean and cheap hotel with helpful staff, close to the tram station. Unfortunately, only food available is in the vending machine.

Very bad experience. We were 2 and they gave us a VERY small room. We could barely fit our luggage. On top, extremely small bathroom which gets soaking wet every time you take a shower.

They only clean the rooms every 4 days and we found some insects in the room.

On top of that it's not that near to the center or the touristy places and the price is not expensive but could be cheaper. Avoid it if you can. If not, be prepared to low standard and to see nothing like what they show on the internet.

P.S: the hotel was named "Arena Hotel Prague" and I assume they changed the name due to poor ratings. They should start thinking on the next name...

I have been here and stayed for 20 nights during Aug. I opted for Double room with wifi and cost of room was really affordable. The only problem I feel is that they dont have in-house restaurant. Note: This place is now renamed to Le Petit Hotel.
