They refused the check-in until I tell them my CVC security code, or send a picture of the back of my credit card, all the while the receptionist confirming that the money has been drawn, and they had my credit card number on file.
They refused to offer the room keys, and let the two 70 year old people and child sleep, on a pre-paid reservation. They confirmed the payment was made, but was "not yet in their accounts", and no other solution was ok except for CVC security number.
4 stars, 160 EUR per night, blackmailing old people and asking for a clear credit card fraud to allow them to get the room they had already paid for. Oh, and the receptionist closed the phone on me when I said that this is not ok.
Breakfast: you need to queue, fight and wait for everything, 50mins before breakfast end, NO refilling anymore, one breakfast restaurant shared with 5 hotel guests
Equipment: ONE swimming pool, ONE fitness, ONE tiny sauna room shared with 5 hotel guests
Reception: impatient, unfriendly, annoyed and no smile
Wifi: super bad connection
Room: big and clean
Overall: whole building smells mold, wet and underground water
More importantly, you don’t know lots of services are shared with another 4 hotels when you made reservation
